If I could give them 0 stars, I would. I brought my Surface Pro here because it got kicked off a desk and the screen was shattered. I was told by the owner himself that he would work on it and get it fixed within two weeks and the price was half of anyone else in town. As a college student who needs her computer and has no money, this sounded too good to be true! That’s because it was.
I was told that as soon as they part came in, they would give me a call and keep me informed. Two weeks went by and nothing. So I started calling them. The excuses went on and on from being on back order to it coming from China until finally 2 MONTHS LATER, I call them only to find out the wrong part was ordered.
So now, a month after that, they get the part «express shipped» there and suddenly, he doesn’t have the right equipment to fix it or he has other priorities like going to basketball games, so he has to order that now. Two weeks later I call them and I am told «Your computer will definitely be fixed by Monday.» GREAT! FINALLY!
But no, I go in and am told that he didn’t want to work on it because it was very difficult and he was afraid he would mess up. SIR THIS IS YOUR JOB!
When he starts to explain to me that it’s very difficult and tedious work, I remind him that he had 3 ENTIRE MONTHS to let me know that he couldn’t fix it. 3 MONTHS.
Long story short, I will NEVER be returning to this company and everybody reading this shouldn’t either. Never before have I had such awful customer service and felt so taken advantage of by this business. They will take advantage of you and get your hopes up time and time again just to lie to you over and over. Horrible.

I took a computer in to get an aftermarket CPU fan installed, since I’m not so good at doing that myself. They had it finished within the afternoon, were very friendly and super helpful. Their prices on helping me out were reasonable and the service is top-​notch.

So I needed a battery soldered onto a computer board, the owner took it and said no problem it would be ready the next day– so five weeks later– I have called a dozen times, dropped by a half dozen times, have been lied to that solder had to be ordered and took over three weeks to get, and that the owner is so busy because he has another full time job. I pick it up after five weeks, am charged full price and it does not work!!! DO NOT DROP OFF ANYTHING WITH THIS BUSINESS– THEY ARE TERRIBLE!!!
