I just want to echo the last review from B.L. regarding customer service. I stopped in fully intending to purchase a $ 4500 John Deere lawn tractor and the sales manager acted like I was wasting his time and barely acknowledged my questions. I then went Gruber’s in WBL, and similar to the last review, had the exact opposite experience and purchased the lawn tractor from them.

Don’t bother going here unless you want to buy a $ 20,000 ATV because they will ignore you. I went in wanting to spend $ 1,200 and after waiting by the chainsaws for 10 min I went to the counter, where I was stared at by a man until he finished his sandwich and said «huh?“to me. Then when I asked for the chainsaw I wanted he said I would have to wait by the chainsaws for a salesman, which I did for another 5 minutes before I left and went to Gruber’s Power equipment where someone politely asked to help me about 20 seconds after I walked in the door. I spent my money there

Purchased a snowmobile helmet from these guys last year at Hay Days, had some issues with the shield, brought it back this year, they were so helpful and accommodating. Offered to replace the shield and send us a new one. Great service, friendly people!

Service department is incredibly slow. Quoted 2 weeks on a lawn mower repair, took 6 weeks to replace a cable. Owner says he cant find qualified help. Bad excuses for terrible service.
