Love this place. Clean, convenient and always open. They have been getting New equipment in every six months or so. Only downside is it’s becoming popular and there are high traffic times. 4−6pm during the week is the busiest times. They have two amazing trainers right now(may 2015). I highly recommend Zach. He listens to your goals and he does everything in his power to get you there. He strikes the perfect balance of motivation and guilt to get you to your goal. I have medical issues and Zach will adjust my training right in the middle if something isn’t working that day. He puts time into what he sets up for you. It’s NOT one work out fits all. The other trainer Jameson is just as dedicated. The also offer trainer run classes as well as have a room that you can workout with video prompts on your own.

I love this gym so much. The staff is extremely friendly and go the extra mile to know your name. The other patrons are all their to better themselves. Not hang out and horse around. Even with other people working their butts off there’s no «gymtimidation» as other chains sometimes call it. All of the equipment is well maintained and they receive new equipment occasionally. Each of the cardio machines also has its own tv with cable attached as well, so if you’re inclined you can watch anything you’d like during your run. They have quite a few classes and also allow people into their classroom at any time for their own use of workout videos. Only downsides are that it doesn’t have lockers, only cubbies, and there’s not a pool. Of course, given the other gyms I’ve used I wouldn’t consider either to be major drawbacks in how awesome this place is. I’m honestly sad that I’ve moved 20+ miles away from the nearest anytime, especially this one!
