always a pleasure.
the staff are very pleasant– every one of them. i recieve personal service and provided there are not customers waiting behind me– we tend to engage in conversation.
it is important to note that the staff here IS attentive to waiting customers, and will very politely let me know if if someone shows up. (One’s back is to any lines here).
they are also knowledgable and helpful. i have had questions answered thoroughly many times, and important information pointed out to me as regards bank accounts and credit cards.
most of all i enjoy the personalness of banking here. the only time i use the nearby ATM is if a) they are particularly busy and i only need to withdraw some cash or the like) or b) i am in a particular hurry.
overall, i have always been happy with the service us bank has provided and this branch in particular is very nice.

This branch is understaffed and spends to much time pushing product and answering phone calls while the line gets longer and longer. Good customer service dictates that you take care of the people in front of you and let the auto attendant do it’s job.
