Jersey Mike’s Subs

I’m here way too often. Nobody has ever messed an order up and they’re always super friendly and eager. It’s always been really clean and stocked. Ever during rush hour the team handles it like a boss and gets everyone done with em a reasonable amount of time. Love this place. Mikes Way please!

Meh. The sandwich was good, but as a vegetarian, I was put off by the slicer sharing. It’s just not for me.

Sandwiches are great but you know what’s not? The manager at this store, Kyanna I think her name tag said? I want her fired. I’ve never experienced worse customer service in my life. I am disgusted. I came in with my family on our way home from a very nice day spent in LA, and all of our good moods were suddenly ruined by this woman. I’m going to be checking in and calling as often as I can until she gets fired.

This place has absolutely bomb cold cuts. They slice the deli meat and cheese right in front of you. All of the veggies are always fresh, big tomato guy and I’ve never had to stop them from giving me a nasty looking tomato (typical of cheap sandwich shops). I always get a giant #9 club supreme, and always say yes to the bacon!!! Mikes way of course and throw some peppers on for good measure. Also the wickles (red spicy relish is bomb)!!!

Jersey Mikes is an average sub to begin with. Customer Service is what’s lacking here.

I love Jersey Mike’s but I have to say truly disappointed! Worst customer service… My boyfriend and I stood in line for 5 minutes without any of the staff noticing we were in line, while two staff up front was cleaning the stove and the other assisting an online order… there was more staff working but they were in the back laughing and talking so loud they didn’t care… Finally one of the staff took notice, the one cleaning the stove (Connor), and stopped from cleaning and apologized, he was sincere and understood we were waiting for sometime. I ordered my food and Connor called out someone from the back to assist prepping the sandwich… But no one showed up… Connor assisted the person behind us and then stopped from what he was doing to go in the back and get someone out front to assist finalizing our meal and we stood for another five minutes after hearing the kids goofing off in the back calming down and someone finally assisting us… The guy who helped us, was not there if you know what I mean, he asked me two times what I wanted on my sandwich after telling him exactly what I wanted… I was getting very annoyed after waiting for so long… Finally after waiting sometime Connor apologized again, it wasn’t his fault his staff wasn’t on board but he was paying the price for it. I truly appreciated Connors customer service while for the rest of the staff just pretty much doesn’t care of working there because after we finally sat down and ate there was a line out to the door and the staff was still all in the back with Connor out front … The fact he kept having to go back to get his staff and then a few popped out and saw the line and said «oh shit» is where you really need to pick the people you hire… Luckily I liked my sandwich which gives this place one star…

Disappointed to say the least. I always enjoyed Jersey Mike’s while I was working in Ohio. ²⁰¹³⁄₂₀₁₄. This time here in Valencia– thumbs down. Barely any FAMOUS roast beef on my roast beef sandwich. Subway may have been better.

Everytime I go to this location they screw up my order! PERIOD! The TIP thing is a joke! And every time I give them a TIP I regret it! Also don’t make me swipe my card twice just to get past the TIP screen! Also if they are «semi-​busy» you can wait in line long enough that lunch turns into dinner. You know that saying… Shame on you… Shame on me blah blah… Ya well… shame on me for coming back when the last 3 times I said I wouldn’t!

The sandwiches are good, service fast but I don’t like the fact they put a tip line on their receipts. When you pay by CC they ask you at the register if you want to leave a 10/​15/​or 20 percent tip. This is fast food — they have a tip jar. I DONT GET IT.

My favorite all time sub shop! Turkey and provolone mikes way with pepperchinis! What’s even better is that with a Unilocal
Check in at this location they throw in a chip and soda combo… radical! I love how they shave the meat on each order and the dressing and oregano really sets it apart from the subways and Quiznos. I can eat this all day everyday because it’s that fresh!

I love the bread on their subs! The Moorpark place is DELICIOUS. Great meat and cheese portions: D

The food is excellent as always. The manager was nice and calm and working fat but there were some issues. 11am on Friday, understaffed. 15 people in line consistently for 45 minutes. I know this because I was there. Computer froze, sandwich was soggy because it took 7 minutes for me to get it after it was made. Just need to be faster. The worker did apologize

Here I am again. The baby I was about to have when I ate here that one time? Well, she’s almost three. She has like, an irrational love of tomatoes (it’s irrational because I think most tomatoes are yucky). Maybe it all began with Jersey Mike’s tomatoes? They are not half bad, I think I like them because they’re not sliced all chunky-​like. I have since had another child (but without a Jersey Mike’s stop en route to the hospital, because it was 1 A.M. and they weren’t open), and both my children love these sandwiches. As do my husband and I. Everybody here is very nice, especially when my husband tells the whole pregnant story thing again. The only lame part is that in the evenings, the sun comes pretty bright through the front windows. Chill out, sun. Gosh.

How do you spend $ 18.33 on one sandwich and a drink?!

I ordered a large sandwich… which is definitely a big sandwich… a lot of bread tho. Not sure you really get a whole lot more meat?!
My Philly was hot and tasty. I didn’t even mind all the bread because it was soft and seemed fresh.
The problem… OVER PRICED!

$ 1.50 extra cheese
$ 2.49 fountain drink

$ 18.33 /​rip off!
So if 2 people came in and ordered this it would cost nearly $ 40?!
come on!

$ 26 and some change for sandwiches was not worth it at all!!! Wow! 1 giant club sub and a mini Italian combo with cookies all came out to be $ 26 and some change. We did not even get full. Never realized it was so expensive to get the full package. Did they did shiesty on their meats? Also, they forgot my bacon on the club sub. Never going here again. Too expensive and wasn’t worth the half filled stomach of mine. All agreed… That was with me

You know I come here all the time, quite often actually. The people here are very friendly, they’re very helpful, and pretty much do anything you say to your sandwich. If you want those jalapenos grilled, they will do it!
If you’re on a diet I suggest that you do not come here, and if you do come here don’t get it Mike’s way. I would rather eat at home if I was on a diet, but if you’re okay with eating carbs go ahead and come here. Great way to bulk up by eating carbs.

If you want a sub, jersey mikes is the way to go. Forget subway, Quiznos, and togos
Almost every sub tastes good mikes way! Their meats are top quality and flavorful. You know you are eating a tasty fresh sub here.
Just tried the chipotle cheesesteak and it was warm and yummmmmy! Melty cheese, chipotle mayo, jalapeños, and BEEF!!!

Great place for awesome flavors, portions, and customer service. A nice change up from the burrito-​on-​every-​corner Valencia

Love me a good Jersey Mikes any day!
This location serves em up fresh and tasty with friendly and helpful employees. Their #7 turkey sandwiches are usually my go to, but when I mentioned I wanted some avocado the sandwich maker told me of their California Club sandwich no longer on their menu but still makable (and yummy!)!
I love that they give you chips and a drink for checking in too, since it was me and my boyfriend they gave us two drinks, yay!

Jersey Mike’s is the Abercrombie & Fitch of the sandwich world!
Yeah the deli meat is sliced fresh before your eyes and the toppings are simple, but if you want to be greeted and serviced by attractive people (both men and women) this is the place! And no, these aren’t the snobby beauties you see at an A&F! These are the smiley happy kind that gives you customer service that’s on point!
Yes, I initially went here for the healthy and tasty sandwich option, but what really keeps me coming back is the check-​in offer for a free drink and chips with purchase! I’m addicted to those jalapeños Ms. Vickies chips!
