Terrible business practices. Ordered a Moo Shu veggie by delivery and was given moo Shu beef by mistake. When I called to tell them I received the wrong order, I was yelled at by the lady on the phone. She tried to tell me the beef was egg. Over and over, as I told her I was sure it was not egg, she would raise her voice to where she was yelling and tell me there was no way it was beef moo Shu. She made no attempt to make the situation right. The other people I was with told me the rest of the food was bland and cold(as it took over an hour to get it). The egg rolls had no taste. Bad attitude, bad food. My family has ordered from them for years and given them lots of business. The food has gone downhill. Skip Chef Chu’s.

Nice little Chinese lace with big variety of soups and entrees. Clean and warm on a cold winter day. They also have lunch menu and buffet.

The last 2 times I went there, they had insects in their white rice. It is quite unappetizing to dig into a bowl of rice and come up with winged bugs. NASTY! Their service is very friendly though.

Nasty with a capital N! Ordered lunch from here one day at work, and I will never order again. Fried rice was so greasy, there was oil pooled at the bottom of the container. Sweet and sour pork was basically breading-covered gristle. The meat was so gross, that alone would keep me away from this place. I know Stevens Point has a few Chinese restaurants, try one of those instead.

I’ve only been here once and my order was for pick-up. I order two entres and two appetizer items and it took less than 15 minutes for me to get my order. Inside of the restaurant is nicely decorated with red Chinese items from lanturns to fans and bamboos. The lighting was dim. I will eat in next time. The employees are super friendly — they speak English! I had one of them help me decide on what to eat because there’s lots on their menu: . 2 Stars for having fried wontons! The employees confirmed with me twice that the stuffing was meat and not cream cheese: D The serving size was slightly smaller compared to local Chinese restaurants like China Wok and Green Tea.

I have eaten plenty of Chinese food over the years and this place is one of my favorites. It’s a cozy-family owned restaurant located near Slumberland and Matsu Ya. The service is excellent. I have been here 5 times and it gets better and better every time. And, last but not least, the food is soooo… good. I got the sweet & sour soup, Mongolian beef, and orange chicken; everything was DELICIOUS!!! I haven’t tried many other things on the menu… but I will.
