I had the opportunity to meet one of the owners and Shawn the audiologist at a pharmacy in Leesburg, Va. I had a free hearing test and made an appointment to go to their Leesburg office to be further tested and fitted with hearing aids. As much as I really loved the hearing aids and how great they felt, the customer service during that time was completely unprofessional. After being there for 3 hours(when it probably should have taken an hour at most), I reluctantly left without purchasing anything because I honestly didn’t trust that I would get decent service when needed. It had nothing to do with the time spent there; it had to do with all of the shenanigans that went on while I was there. The odd thing was that even though I walked out without purchasing, I was not contacted again for a month, more than enough time for me to go elsewhere, so they were clueless as to how horrible the service was. Its been awhile since I went but I had been meaning to post this to forewarn others. Now I see they’ve closed the other office and didn’t give anyone notice that it was closing. I’m giving this place 2 stars because the hearing aids I tried on were great, but I have no idea if they would continue to be great and while everyone was really friendly, the actual service was completely unprofessional. I still shake my head thinking about it.

THISISNOWCLOSED!!! It was so nice to be shopping in the area and see the office empty and a sheet of paper in the window with a phone number on it. You would think that they would at least have sent their current customers a notice that this office was closing. I guess spending your hard earned money does not get you any respect from this company Travel to the Leesburg office for service(maybe) Buy a new set of hearing instruments from them DEFINITELYNOT I guess if it ZOUNDS too good to be true it is.
