Unless you are in the shop, pointing at the arrangement you want, I highly recommend going elsewhere. Several days in advance, I ordered these flowers over the phone by giving them an item number from their website(how could they mess that up, right?). Because they had said they weren’t going to be open on Mother’s Day(sunday), I had a friend pick them up for me on that Saturday. I ordered an arrangement based around Dahlias and multicolor roses, with a dark orange/red theme and a clear cylindrical vase, and I received a bright pink and yellow theme with neither the roses nor the Dahlias in an ugly square orange vase. What else? Turns out they were open on Sunday. I brought the flowers back and received extremely rude service. I was told that I couldn’t expect to get exactly what I ordered, that dahlias weren’t in season, which was«common sense»(to who? a florist?) and that multicolor roses were«extremely hard to find»(wait…I thought you were a florist.). They mentioned none of this to me when I ordered the flowers, nor did they call to let me know they couldn’t accommodate my request. The vase was also entirely different and some of the flowers were dying. The arrangement was $ 50 there, but would’ve, at most, sold for $ 30 at the local grocery store. Did they offer a discount? No. Did they offer an apology? No. Did they offer something else instead? No. They simply offered a cancellation, which was clearly not an option at two o’clock on one of the busiest days of the year for flowers. I was finally able to get them to change the vase and replace the dying flowers, but that was hardly any consolation after the terrible service and inconvenience I received.
