Would give zero stars !! The one lady that works on Sunday is always a problem! If the machine takes your money she says its not her responsibility ??? If the dryer doesn’t get hot and its on high for 30 minutes its not her problem? So what are you working for noone needs a job at this place because no one can help you really sad :(would not go here if u had that option !!!

I have been going to this facility for 2+ years traveling 16 miles past other laundry mats because I felt they kept their facility clean and it had many machines so waiting for available machines wasn’t an issue. Over the past 6 months I have been having issues with some of the machines not cycling properly. Well today one of the machines acted up and the woman tried to tell us we didn’t put enough money in it (what?) how does the machine start working if not enough money was deposited? She then ignored us so I called management and she said she would call the attendant. Nothing happened… Management ignored 8 additional calls so 20 minutes later I told the lady to get my laundry out of the machine and she re deposited $ 3.75 and started the machine. I won’t be going back to this facility due to the communication barrier and poor customer service.
