Good/Bad/Ugly: The good: Store assistance was excellent. Price for beds/mattresses we purchased very reasonable. The bad: The service delivery. A four hour time window harkens back to the old cable tv days when you waste your entire day waiting for the deliver, etc. The Ugly: Bed delivered last during the shift. The bed was damaged, so another delivery was scheduled for the following Monday. I was PROMISED, I would be the first delivery during the 4 hour window(put the bed last on the truck). It is now over 3 hours into the delivery window and still NO delivery truck. The general excuse from the help desk — «they are contractors». I am the customer and they represent«Sleepys». Frankly, I can get a good mattress deal anywhere. Customer service sets you apart and after spending over 7 hours over two days waiting for the delivery of one bed, the value of my time has overtaken any recommendation I can give Sleepy’s delivery service.

I went into Sleepys about a week ago, the bed we wanted was on sale at the time but we didn’t have the money at the time. Today we went back to actually purchase the bed but wasn’t on sale anymore. We dealt with Joe the store manager and he has the greater customer service you can possibly ask for, not only did he match the sale price but also gave us box spring, bed frame, dust cover and a pillow for the same price! I would definitely recommend not just Sleepys but go to this location to get the best!!!

We walked in to just to get an idea of what a new bed would cost. We were met by Ali Attai who spent a long time talking with us and explaining the different types of mattresses available. It had been 20 years since we bought a mattress so it was a great learning experience. By the time we left, we bought a new mattress set and a new bed too! Ali was great — very professional and knowledgeable.
