The pizza is always good, the service has always been good, and aside from the occasional mistake of forgetting a side sauce or a soda(which has always been brought by later), they’ve never made a mistake. These guys have it together!

Employee Amy let me know the protocol of their their condiments. It all depends on who is working– just an fyi, this is strange. I hope corporate knows there franchise stores or whatever it may be do not stick with their normal routine. But it is what is it, I guess?

It has been over an hour and my pizza is still not here. I only ordered one pizza. They said it would take 35 to 40 mins. I called back and they said it should be here any minute but that was ten minutes ago. Absolutely not acceptable.

Better pizza. Better customer service. This location put their customers first and knows how to make their customers happy. Pizza is always on time, hot and delicious.

This is my local Papa Johns. So we order here often. The food is always as good as you would expect from papa johns. We always end up ordering online because the employees aren’t that great on the phone. The reason I give this place 3 stars is the fact they are always late with our orders. They estimate 30 – 40 minutes but it always takes closer to 60. So if you order from here make sure you just go online and give them an hour from when you want to order. The wings are over priced but pretty good if you are craving wings that need to be delivered.

I dont know if it is this particular Papa Johns, or the franchise as a whole, but the pizza is expensive and terrible. I have tried this Papa Johns a few times over the years and regretted it each time. It is twice the price of Domino’s and has ¼ of the taste(or less). The last time I ordered was the last straw. I ordered a pizza for pickup, as I always do. I think paying an extra $ 5 in delivery fees and tip is ridiculous, when the place is a 3 minute drive away. I walked into the shop and the couple in front of me was obviously angry about something and walked out in a huff. I should have realized that was a bad sign. I walk up to the counter and the cashier just stood there looking at me. After a few moments of awkwardness, I finally said Im here to pick up my pizza. She then broke out of her vapid trance. She then had a look of sheer confusion. Again, after some moments of awkward silence, I told her my name. She had a look of relief and walked over to the stacks of pizzas that were finished. She then looked like someone looking for a book in a library stack, knowing it is supposed to be there, but just cant find it. She eventually grabbed a pizza and handed it to me. I then walked back to the counter and looked at her. She just stared at me, with puzzlement and wonder. Again, I broke the silence by offering to pay for the pizza. She apparently thought that was a good idea(probably wondering why she hadnt thought if it). She walked back to the counter and rang me up. I drove home, thinking about how utterly strange that experience was. I park my car and start walking into my home. My cell phone rings and I answer it. It was that lovely cashier telling me she gave me the wrong pizza and asked if I would drive back to Papa Johns and return it for the right pizza. I was angry at the suggestion and shocked that she was make it. Naturally, I said no. I already drove there and back, Im not doing it again for your mistake. She was silent. I could imagine the face she was making and picturing the wobbly gears in her head turning, while being unable to process this information. So, once more, I broke the silence and asked for the manager. She gave the phone to the manager, who was obviously upset and embarrassed by the situation. He said, I could keep the wrong pizza and that they would remake my order, as my actual pizza had been sitting for a while and was cold. He also said they would deliver it for free. That seemed like an excellent suggestion and I agreed. So, I sat there starving waiting for my new pizza. I was so hungry I took a bite of the pizza I didnt order and didnt like it. So that went into the trash. Time goes by… and more time… and some more. My new pizza should have been here by now. I called Papa Johns and they said it was out for delivery and should have been there. I eventually noticed the driver driving around in circles around my street. I called PJ back and told them and they called the driver. Apparently, he didnt write down the address or something and felt that driving around was a better choice than calling for the correct information. He eventually found my way to my door and knocked. He gave me my pizza and I thanked him. He stood there, in that manner delivery drivers do when they want a tip, but cant ask because its rude and probably against policy. I told him I was not tipping him for delivering a pizza that I drove to the store to get. He didnt say anything, but the look he gave me showed a sense of understanding. So, I finally got my pizza! I started to eat it… and then stopped. It was lukewarm after being driven around for so long and didnt taste all the great. What to do? I went to the Papa Johns website and complained. I recounted the story of The Great Pizza Debacle in great detail, just at you see above. A day or two later, I received a phone call from the regional manager, or some title of importance. She said she read my complaint and was truly and terribly sorry about the events of that fateful night. She graciously offered to give me a free large pizza of any kind, a drink, and a dessert, and free delivery as recompense for my great and many troubles. So I agreed and she said she was entering that in the computer. I asked her how I would redeem this and she told me the stores are connected to this system and would see. So many moons later, I decided that I was hungry for pizza and wanted to redeem my well deserved compensation. I called up the same Papa Johns and asked to redeem my free food. The employee gave off the impression I was trying to scam him for free food. While PJs is extraordinarily expensive, if I were to scam a restaurant for free food, it would most definitely not be Papa Johns. After a short eternity, he eventually did find whatever he needed to give me my free food. I make an order and it was even delivered within an adequate amount of time. The pizza sucked.

I would like to say that the delivery guy this evening was awesome! He delivered our pizza and drink to the pool and realized we didn’t have any cups. He offered to go back to the shop and pick some up for us. Thanks for the excellent customer service and yummy pizza, as always!

Did a pickup order and they didn’t provide the free soda that was mentioned in the promotion. Pizza was good but not good customer service. Extra charges for everything.

So, I worked from home today and decided to order pizza for lunch. I received the wrong order(It happens). I called the store and they were sorry that I got the wrong order and decided to replace my entire order. Mind you I also got wings and those were correct. So, two thumbs up for customer service. But, I do wonder how much profit is there is the pizza business. Plus, while writing this, they called me and told me that the driver has just left the store with the correct order. Again, two thumbs up.

We tried the new double bacon cheeseburger pizza last night and it was very good. Very strange new style of pizza but they nailed it. Very speedy delivery also.

Very quick and polite service. If you get it delivered does not usually take more than 20 – 25 minutes to get your food. This is the best Papa John’s I’ve ever ordered from. They’ve never messed up my order.

This is a good Papa Johns. I’ve sometimes used them for delivery but mostly pickup. Like the chicken and barbecue or just a regular pepperoni and the pizza always seem fresh. On my last 2 orders, the cheese was not fresh and the pizza was not that great. I’ve noticed new workers and hope it’s not a pattern of things to come.

Our pizzas arrived within 30 minutes and were hot and fresh. The wings were also hot, and our soda was cold.

This is the best Papa John’s I’ve ever ordered from. I always do pickup, so I’m not familiar with their delivery service, but the pizza always gets made super fast. I usually wait about 5 or 10 minutes before leaving the house after I order it(I only live about 5 minutes away) and it’s always done before I get there. The service is always very friendly, attentive. They’ve never messed up my order. It is a chain pizza place, but as far as that goes, this Papa John’s isn’t bad.

Worst Papa Johns pizza I ever had. First off, took over an hour to get to my hotel. Second, it was cold. Third, it had onion on it which I did not order and do not like. Finally, this morning I’m sick to my stomach. I usually order from PJ on the road since I generally know what to expect. I might have to change my ways after this and go with the front desk local recommendation.
