One of the most professional and friendly contractors I’ve ever dealt with. Honest, fair and timely. They’ve done repair jobs and new construction for our home and we’ve been more than amazed by their work. Can’t speak for the other reviews, but my experience has been nothing but great!

While I can’t speak for fast driving, I can certainly speak to the quality of their work. I would go nowhere else. The quality of work and the diligence with which they have performed multiple jobs on my house are unsurpassed. I have found them to be friendly, reliable, and reasonably priced. Perhaps the other reviewer caught someone on a bad day.

Recently, a Novapro LLC pickup truck came barreling through my townhome cluster like he was in a NASCAR race. Thankfully there were no small kids playing in the street at the time, as they normally do, or they could have become road pizza. As he whizzed by, I called out «SLOW DOWN» to the driver. But instead of slowing down to the cluster speed limit, or shouting back out an apology, he yelled «F*@K YOU» and sped off even faster. Clearly, Nova Pros’s definition of «friendly staff» is different from mine, and possibly yours.
Based on this interaction alone, you couldn’t pay me enough money to have Nova Pros do an iota of work on my house. and I wonder if anyone else could feel that they would get the professional respect and diligence they deserve from a contractor with a mouth that needs washing out with soap.
