Well this place has been a great spot for a few years but in the past few months is really going down hill… As a family of 5 and 2 teenagers that eat non-stop a good food place is key! Food is just not as good any more. We went from once a week here to now almost never. Today I did lunch here and after waiting 20 min for food it came out burnt and missing parts of the meal… not good!

Don’t go. All three members of my family became violently ill after eating carrots and Mac and cheese as part of the kids meal. For 24 hours no one could eat anything or even function.

I went on this past Monday evening because it was the last day of a BOGO Free coupon and probably had the best service I’d received in a really long time in a fast food type of environment. Our experience — We arrived around 8:30pm and Richard greeted us and carefully took our carryout order. We ordered a Buff Bowl with Steak, a Buff Bowl with Shrimp, Pad Thai with Shrimp(no nuts and no cilantro), and Bangkok Curry with Chicken. We sat down to wait for our food to be ready. Within 5 mins, we got thirsty so we went up to get a drink while we waited. Richard quickly handed us a cup and told us that our food will be ready in a moment. It was nice that they had a Coke Freestyle machine so that you can«create your own flavor». Within another 5 minutes, our food was ready. Richard handed us our food and asked if we wanted some rice krispie treat desserts and handed us 3 large pieces. We were very surprised, accepted, and thanked him immensely. He said no problem and thanked us for our patronage that evening. We ended up handing one of the treats to another patron who was waiting for his carry-out order. Our Food — Buff Bowl with Shrimp — Since it was new, I thought I’d try it but I’m not sure that I’ll be ordering it again. It was just okay. I realized, I’m not really a fan of the spinach as a base for the rest of the food and toppings. Don’t get me wrong, I love spinach salads but just hate the feeling of the grit of spinach left in our mouth after you eat it. The shrimp and rest of the toppings were fine though. Buff Bowl with Steak — Again, the same thing with the spinach, but the steak was pretty good as a topping and lots of flavor. Pad Thai with Shrimp — Good for N&C. I would have preferred a little more flavor, but understand that there’s Siracha and other sauces there at the restaurant to achieve your desired flavor and spice level. Bangkok Curry with Chicken — Delicious. Probably the best dish from an overall flavor perspective with any additional sauces, modifications, etc. Overall, the food is pretty good for fast food and at about $ 10 per person after tax. I am normally a big fan of the Japanese Pan Noodles and their Thai Curry noodle soup so I think I’ll stick to those next time. I just figured with a coupon, I’d try something new, which wasn’t bad. Overall, I like Noodles & Company. It has the feel of a reasonably priced self-service sit-down restaurant with fast food prices. You can certainly say that it’s expense fast food, but they do more than just throw your food in the fryer as well. The food is not going to blow your socks off, however after a long day at work and not wanting to have to deal with cooking, it’s great alternative. And because of Richard, we’d definitely return. Service was very quick and Richard went the extra mile for us, which I can’t say many fast food restaurant restaurants do these days.

The food and the service here are always top notch. If you get something for dine in or carry out the quality is always great. It is one of the few foods that holds up well on the drive home. We always enjoying getting a couple of entrees and doing our own faux buffet. The pesto and the rosa are probably my favorites but the Mac ‘n Cheese is a contender. Don’t sleep on the cheesy garlic bread either. The only thing on the menu I would say is skipable is the potstickers. They were not very good. They came out flat and dry.

The service is always very good, however this past time we went there, we ordered one of the buff bowls. It is advertised as a dish which replaces the noodles with a bed of spinach and doubles the amount of veggies. What we got was disappointing to say the least.

First off, its pricey. Noodles are cheap, quite possibly one of the cheapest things you can buy. Hell, Olive Garden(no I dont eat at Olive Garden) gives you ENDLESS pasta, why is Noodles and Company so expensive? Oh yeah, its not good — actually, its borderline bad. They have a lot of different noodle dishes, but none of them were that great. You are better off just buying frozen noodle entrees from the supermarket.

Middle of the road. The Peanut Sauté was ok. My wife’s buffalo Mac n cheese was good. The penne rosa was too spicy for the kids. The Fig n Pig flatbread was the surprise of the night and really good. Staff was slow to take our order but quick after they got it. The fabric used for the benches in the booths are sticky and annoying. Having a high chair at the end made it more difficult than it should have been to get in and out of the booth. I some how managed ;) it was just an odd thing to deal with and having young children it was just the nature of the beast.

I had a coupon for buy-one-get-one. Without it, Noodles is super overpriced, and I would not dine here otherwise. The food can range from«meh» to pretty decent depending on what you get. I did enjoy the Pesto dish with Parmesan chicken. However, they cut the meats super thin and flat, just to point out how overpriced this place is. I recall the Penne Rosa being a good classic(but a little plain; I would venture out to other dishes). The beef stroganoff is disappointing, it was more sour than my liking; and less cheesy-flavored than I was expecting. Ps: The«regular» bowl is around $ 5 – 6, but of course you’re going to add meat which is an additional $ 2.75(minimum). The bowl turns out to be nearly $ 9 – 10, which is ridiculously expensive when you could get more bang for your buck(and be full after eating) elsewhere…

This is the first time I have eaten there. I ordered the Alfredo Monte something with the meatballs. I have several questions. Where are the mushrooms?! None. Where are the four cheeses?! Where is the spinach, the tomatoes!!! There were just maybe two small pieces of tomato, some flecks of spinach and no cheese of any type whatsoever. Boogamell got more cheese on his pizza in «Do the right thing.». I think I would like a free dinner from this. I had these ingredients at home so I doctored my order up. Wow how good something is when you actually put the correct ingredients in it. Tell me something. If I come to the restaurant SHOULD I BRINGMYOWNFOODWITHME?!! I actually like the ingredients for this dish. I’ll have to make this at home the right way.

This place is better than your average fast food chain. A diverse selection. I’ve had about half of the items on the menu now and I have been happy with everything so far. The pot stickers are pretty good. Not to pricey and very filling.

It was difficult deciding just how to rate this place. On one hand, we thought that an accurate description of the food is «Meh. I’ve been experienced better». Yet the service we received from the staff is «Yay, I’m a fan!» So, in the end, it averages out to «A-OK». We were here on a rainy Sunday night around 5 p.m. There was only one party ahead of us in line and they seemed to be nitpicky about everything. Despite that, the clerk was patient and pleasant throughout it all. When it was our turn, he got our order correct, even double checking to make sure that we were eating our order there. I chose the Indonesian Peanut Sauté. This dish consists of «Spicy peanut sauce and rice noodle stir-fry, broccoli, carrots, cabbage, Asian sprouts, cilantro, crushed peanuts and lime». I added«organic tofu» which cost an extra $ 2 plus change. My husband ordered Wisconsin Mac & Cheese which consists of: «A blend of cheddar and jack cheeses, cream, elbow macaroni». To drink, I had a bottle of Nantucket brand lemonade while my husband had a bottle of IBC root beer. In the place, there is also one of those touch screen soda machines and self-serve iced tea. We were given a number to put on our table. One thing we noticed — the dining area is kept very clean. It took a bit of time but our dinner arrived along with a napkin and a fork. I was disappointed with the Indonesian Peanut Sauté. It was very dry and seemed to be overcooked. They could have put more sauce in this dish. As for the crushed peanuts, if there were any, they were in microscopic amounts. The«lime» consisted of one small wedge which was stingy when it came to the juice. Yet the proper veggies were in the dish and the spiciness was there. My husband thought that the Wisconsin Mac & Cheese was no better than a box of Kraft Macaroni and Cheese. Noodles & Company’s website says that many people consider their mac & cheese to be the best they ever had. Really? We both ate all of our meals. Oddly enough, the meh food didn’t really annoy me, mainly because dinner ended up costing $ 20.09. If it had cost more, I think that would have been annoying. It’s kind of like expectations for food on the cheaper end of things isn’t as high as a more expensive meal. I will say this — if you were to check the caloric content of their meals, you might well be shocked! For example, The Wisconsin Mac and Cheese has 1040 calories — and that’s without any extra additions such as meat. The Indonesian Peanut Sauté wasn’t too far behind in the caloric count. While we don’t regret going, I can’t say for certain if we will go back again.

We go to Noodles at least once a week. It is reasonably priced and has variety. No real complaints, the penne rosa with shrimp is yummy and their meatballs are DELICIOUS.

I’m really pleased with the choices and options. I wonder if I like it so much because I’m a vegetarian. Any tiem I find places like this where I have lots of choices, I get excited. It’s especially good for my youngish kids(between 4 and 10) because we can do mac and cheese with fruit juice, or the oldest can experiment a bit with something a bit more adult. Another reviewer called it a «noodle version of Chipotle» which isn’t far off the mark. I’ve eaten at several different Noodles and Company places and they’ve all been consistently good.

I’ve gone for lunch a few times and have really enjoyed the experience. The Pesto Cavatappi with the parmesan crusted chicken is a favorite! I’ve also tried their pot stickers, which were yummy. The new spring flat bread is interesting — don’t know if I’d order it again. This location also has the Coca-Cola«Freestyle» soft drink machine!!!

This location is tucked away behind most of the stuff in the Cascades shops area, so it’s almost never full, which I like. The service is always friendly and quick. The inside is always clean, and I really like being able to sit at the bar at the window to eat. Food quality is consistent and good. A+

Think of this as a noodle version of Chipotle. You customize your pasta dish — Asian, Italian, or American versions. I got the tomato bisque soup, which tasted like it was just a soup-version of marinara. Not even edible. Ordered the Penne Rosa with the parmesan crusted chicken. The thin chicken cutlet was definitely the highlight. Spaghetti and meatballs for the kids was NOT good at all. Meatballs were frozen, but expected, and the sauce was just horrible. Bangkok curry was pretty light in flavor. I’m not a fan of coconut curries, but I tasted it just for kicks. Barely flavorful and the cabbage the description lists was almost non-existent. I doubt I’ll return unless someone else is paying and I can’t convince them something else is more appetizing… I can make it at home.
