I wish I could give negative stars for this location. It is by far the worst location in the Herndon/​Sterling area. I really wish it would go out of business.

This is THE WORST McDonald in the world! The place is filthy and disgusting. The workers have no clue about personal hygiene. They are so unclean and they touch the food with their hands without gloves. They do not respect their customers. The owner is a story himself! I believe VA Health Department should close this place immediately.

LOL well, I’m not surprised this location is averaging 2 stars.
While there’s plenty of parking, it looks like it’s falling apart inside and fading on the outside. Is there a reality t.v. show for «franchise makeovers»?
The Wifi is so so, close to being slow even though it says «good» signal strength.

The staff was not friendly and they messed up my order. It was so crowded I had a really hard time trying to tell them what they messed up on. Manager did not seem to care. Awful!

There is no drive-​thru.
I have also gotten some very old/​re-​deep fried food from here. They should probably just tear it down and rebuild

Well, there is no drive thru and the play area is outdoors. So in the winter/​rain it is not a good place to play. There are two levels for eating which is nice if don’t mind stairs. Not a good place for wheelchairs. The service is very very slow, ordering and receiving your food. On the plus side the food was very hot, love hot fries!
