Located in the Sugarland Run neighbourhood of Sterling(which for some reason has no sidewalks) is the High-Up Food Mart. High-up is a cross between a convenience store and an ethnic grocer. Want a hot-dog? Go to 7 – 11 next door. Want a Korean noodle bowl that can melt concrete and a tamarind Jarritos to wash it down? High-up is the place for you. I have recently become addicted to this strange Aloe beverage from Seoul that has floating chunks of aloe and is delightfully refreshing, absolutely a must if you stop by! If you’re looking for something different in a corner store, stop by the High-up for snacks from around the world.
