Glory Days is an Awesome spot to watch sports, they have TVs placed throughout the place so you can see the game from just about any angle, the sound boxes are a really nice touch if your game isnt on the main TV with sound, all you have to do is tune it to the TV that you’re watch and BOOM instant sound right at your seat The restrooms have throwback games on the radio for you to listen to and pictures of old school sports accomplishments which is really cool I don’t eat here much mainly just wings which are good and they have good HH specials and a late night food menu with ½ price Apps, I will say that a friend of mine ordered chili once and it came with cornbread, let me say that the cornbread was so good that I ordered my own, lol Very nice staff and the crowd will vary in age so its a nice place for kids/teens to hang as well, very cool place.

Very bad customer service. I normally go to the one at north point but their power was out today. The gentleman with the dark hair with a pony tail in the black jersey was very rude to me. I said I had a to go order and he told me to stand at the bar. And no one was at the bar. He walked away and went back talking to his friend. This employee watched me wait. The manager walked thru the doors and walked by me asking if I had been helped I said I was told to stand here. Luckily, the gentleman working at the bar who was wearing a baseball cap was very kind. I told him of my bad customer service. The man at the bar needs a raise. The gentleman who told me to wait and who watched me and laughed needs to be fired. I also paid for a cherry coke and never got it. I should get my money back for not getting it.

I go here regularly at least a couple times a week and realized I’ve never made a review. First and foremost, the happy hour is the best around. $ 5.00 for a TALL beer(it used to be $ 3.99!), no matter if it’s domestic or high quality microbrew. Also, $ 2.99 for house wine(the merlot is very good), and I think the liquor is $ 2.49. For these reasons alone, it’s my favorite place. They don’t have happy hour food menu, however, they do have daily specials on food, depending on the day of the week. One day is $ 5 burgers and Thursday is $ 5.99 pizza. Their pizza is very good! Especially the meat lovers, and the vege(vege looks weird it’s got broccoli and grilled onions and not typical«vege» stuff like mushrooms and olives which I don’t like. It’s delicious!) Most of their food is great! Wings and philly cheese steak are 2 favs. I can only remember one bad meal and it happened recently so I’ll have to mention, don’t even try the steak salad(it was quite gross, the steak, yuck, and it was like fajitas, on top of lettuce and… Italian dressing… but god the meat was not good). Eve so, that was one bad egg after one hundred good meals so highly recommend going for the food, and drinks! Nice atmosphere too. Yes, it’s a sports bar so plenty of tvs but it’s comfortable there as a group or going solo.

A very pleasant dining experience(unlike other sports bars i’ve been to)! Liked the life size statue of Babe Ruth… Each table had a speaker you could tune to any of the 30 flatscreens around the room. The food was tasty too! I would go again…

Service took very long considering the restaurant is not full. Our waitress was very good at apologizing but it doesn’t make up for waiting an hour for wings and a burger.

First of all, you have to find parking cause this shopping center is a mess. So many aisles with stop signs and flow coming all over the place. ANYWAY, once you find a parking spot, the you can proceed. Once you come into the restaurant the bar area will be on the left and ahead of you with booths and tables/chairs on the right. There are plenty of tvs everywhere. The service is spotty and slow at times yet good and prompt at other times. The best food Glory Days has IMO and I always order it are the wings. Meaty and delicious. Order then extra crispy and extra saucy. The BBQ is sweet and tangy. Our son loves it cause it’s not spicy at all. Somewhat overlooked is the side salad. Good mix of veggies and fresh. They have a seasonal menu and the Octoberfest food was very good. Actually, ordered my wife the Bratwurst sammich and she was impressed. Overall, really good food but meh service…

BEST place to watch sporting events because you have your own speaker at your table to tune into any TV you want. Unlike other sports bars where you can’t hear any games, much less the one you are there for. Great service and excellent food. Had the cheese fries and 2 flavors of boneless wings. Prices were very reasonable. Coming back for their daily specials.

Very disappointed in tonight’s dinner. Waited forever to get our drinks. Our server didn’t come back to check on us pretty much the whole night. We waited at least 30 minutes to get our checks back. All in all worst service I’ve ever had at a Glory Days.

My first time ever coming to a glory days and I hated it. the turkey burger was not good. And they missed some of the stuff I asked. And I had to track down the server. To get me the right stuff. Will not be coming here again.

I have been to lots of these types of restaurants and found that this is as average as it gets. The food was actually pretty good, and although they made a couple of mistakes, like giving 2 little kids meals instead of 2 big kids meals and giving lemonade instead of iced tea, Everything was alright. The food came out quickly, and in my opinion, prepared very well. I spent less here than I did at McDonald’s, the next day and got more bang for the buck with more choices.

I’ve eaten at several Glory Days in different areas, and I expected the same great food and service here as the other locations. Sadly, this location has many problems. Poor service and bad food(undercooked wings we had to send back) insured I will avoid this location in the future.

this place used to be great. I would NEVER eat there again? Service was slow, food was Luke warm. The steamed vegetables were disgusting and seemed like they were several days old. The carrots actually appeared rotten. We complained about the vegetables and they pretty much didn’t really offer us a fix. We tried it about six months ago and it was bad then Too but I was hoping it was just a fluke. but NO, they just have gone down hill

You’d think Glory Days would try to improve their customer service. Took 15mins to get two drinks, a coke & strawberry lemonade, yes we timed him because before coming here we say ‘Want to go to Glory Days even though there service is terrible?’ It’s the only place I can get boneless bbq wings otherwise I would never come here. We order our our appetizers & meal all at once because we don’t want to be here for 1−2hours. We do have to go work and were probably going to be late.

Great place to watch a game and their kids menu has all my daughter’s favorite meals. The shark blood drink(sprite and grenadine) always sparks some smiles and the glory sauce on traditional wings are my favorite in northern Virginia.

The food is pretty good, solid bar food. The service has just really gone down hill over the years. I’ve had some pretty bad experiences with service lately.

I know I’ve filled out a review for them before. Not sure where that went but this is one of my regular joints. The food is good and the prices are average but the happy hour prices can be pretty good. If you’re ever here, you have got to try the Slam Dunk Pretzels with two cheeses(the mustard stuff is just not enjoyable at all.) My regular items to get here include cheese steak sub, grilled boneless chicken wings with Glory Days sauce, ranchero chicken wrap, 10-spice chicken, hell fire burger(not as spicy as it claims to be; I like my food SPICY), tilapia, side vegetables,…feels like I’m listing the entire menu so I’ll stop here. lol Yes, they have one or two things I don’t like. For example, their Cobb Salad with Grilled Chicken. It’s hard pressed to find actual chicken in it at times. It’s tasty don’t get me wrong but the chicken can be small in quantity. But I’ve been coming here for years and they used to know my name but staff has changed and there are a few waiters who need to go back to waiter-school. But, I’m hoping they’ll find their groove and get back to the good table service it was before. Bar staff have changed over as well and they’re starting to grow on me. :-) I do miss Carlos and Peanut though…

Glory days is an all time favorite of mine. The service may suck but all throughout high school I went every Wednesday for good wings, amazing cheese fries and fun with friends. I’ve never been disappointed with my food there just the service. I still, in college attend wing night every Wednesday

While my husband and I have frequented Glory Days in general for the past few years, we won’t return to the Sterling location, and will possibly return to the Herndon and Loudoun County locations. We came to Glory Days to pick up an order for carry-out, and while the lack of acknowledgement from the host to the devil-may-care attitude from the bartender were enough to turn us off, we also had an issue with our credit card number being ripped off. To rub salt in the wound, most of our take-out orders were assembled incorrectly. Thankfully, American Express has great fraud protection service, and we found out the next day that someone was trying to use our card number(which we had only used at Glory Days and otherwise hadn’t used the card yet; it was brand new) to make small purchases from online merchants. While I have been a fan of their grilled buffalo chicken salad, I can certainly find that elsewhere.

Mike was our server and he was great, especially since we had a party of 12. We attended for trivia night, go Evil Geniuses! Had a great time and would definitely go back for trivia. We ordered an order of 8 counts of boneless wings, which you can get 2 different flavors! So we did 4 bourbon, 4 old bay. I can’t say that I’m a super fan of either flavors, kind of wish old bay was a bit more than just spices, and I have trouble with bourbon. However my boyfriend LOVED them, and our fellow dining friends are big fans of both bourbon and old bay, so I guess it’s just me. We then split a bacon cheeseburger, first the awful 1) you have to ask for mayo, mustard, and 2) the pickle… it’s a spear! My favorite part of a good burger is the pickle so I had to slice it up so we could get a good even spread. However once the burger was set up it was great. We got it exactly like we wanted, medium. The patty is quite thick, all the ingredients tasted fresh and it was an enjoyable experience. We got the fries on the side, they are perfect for dipping in mayo. For a good generic style burger this was good.(I still can’t wait for Burger 21 to open) We ended our meal with a key lime chocolate cheesecake– very tasty, the key lime is definitely toned down which can be good if you’re not a fan, but I could of use a little bit more tang, maybe a little raspberry coulis on top instead of chocolate syrup. Regardless definitely worth the order.

Crazy amount of tvs up in here. GDG is like your neighborhood bar/restaurant but has a standardized menu across their stores. The staff is personal and introduces themselves by name to clientele(an actual nice touch in my opinion). There is plenty of seating in the bar area and at sit-down booths. There is a small but decent selection of beers on tap, and the menu is pretty large. I just went in for a quick bite, so I ordered up a Guinness and the Triple Cheese Burger with mashed potatoes. The Guinness was poured very well(hats off to the bartender). The burger was cooked pretty well, but the cheese was a bit rubbery. Otherwise the flavor was standard and nothing to complain about. The mash had a good texture, with small bits of potato throughout. There was also melted butter drizzled on top — this does enhance the flavor. So the burger was average, and the mash was better than expected. It’s nice having this around the corner was a go-to option if I just want some easy bar food. Definitely need to get the wings next time.
