Great store and staff! Stopped by on a Sunday after the posted closing time, and it was open and actually, fairly busy. So many fun things in this store, some good sales/prices, and the employees(young guys) were very friendly and helpful! Great experience, will definitely be back.

Eh. They have a great selection of games. However, while some of the staff is friendly, some of them are just plain rude and unprofessional. With all the other Gamestop’s around the area, it kinda makes you want to avoid this one.

The best video game store around period, they have everything for all systems and PCs, you can trade your old systems, games, cell phones, and Tablets towards credit or cash, the Power Up Rewards program is awesome, you get a year subscription to Game Informer Mags and it gives you additional savings when you do trade ins The staff members(Kory and Blake) at this location are very knowledgeable of what they sell because they’re true gamers just like us Gamestop for life!!!

This was my third time here and I have been greeted each time by two to three staff members. Decent selections and very informed staff. Pre-ordered the FFXIV for my PS3. Can’t wait. It took Sony-Enix long enough. Got my Lil Man a Lego Batman– Super Heroes for the PS3.

I’ve shopped at pretty much every game store in the Northern Virginia area, and out of all of them, I always feel unwelcome at the Dulles Retail Plaza location. The employees give the attitude of being annoyed that you’re bothering them by wanting to make a purchase. I’ve dealt with three or four people at this location on various occasions, and they all seem to feel like the customer is pestering them by being there. This is by far the worst Game Stop in the area in terms of customer service. If that weren’t bad enough, with the exception of the Dulles Mall, they’re also the store that seems to carry the most generic cases for used games — coupled with missing instruction books. Dulles Plaza is my last resort store for games. I hate shopping here because I don’t feel welcome so if possible, I simply try to avoid this location at all cost. Better Game Stops in the area include Franklin Farms, Sterling and to an extent, Chantilly and North Point. I would definitely recommend you travel to these locations before bothering with the snooty employees here. ***UPDATE*** I’m not sure what has happened to this store, but someone must have gotten chewed out. Ever since about two months ago the service at this store has gone from zero to helpful. I’m glad this store is turning its image around, and I’m glad the employees are showing a more friendly nature towards the customers. I’ve changed my review from its initial one star to three. I hope they stay consistent with these positive changes. On a side note, on my last visit it did appear that there was an over abundance of generic cases with no instruction books. I hope they sort this out because no matter how good the service is, I don’t buy games that aren’t complete. I really wish Gamestop would stop accepting people’s garbage. If you don’t take care of your stuff, why should someone else be asked to buy it?
