Have been here several times because it is the only place around but it consistently disappoints. The woman providing my service today was completely half-​hearted and didn’t even brush the plucked hairs away. I had to point out two areas she missed (after cleaning my face myself) and I found more strays after I left, as well as discovering that my left brow didn’t quite match my right one anymore. I give up and recommend you save your money and tweeze at home.

I specifically told the lady not to make my eyebrows too thin because I had been growing them out for 6 months. She didn’t listen and over threaded. Needless to say, this is my first and last time at this place.

(sigh) I give up on this place! Its already bad enough that I CANNOT find a decent place or person to wax or thread my brows in the area! The problem with these brow techs are no consistency! I even tried to stick to the same girl after getting my brows right. Well let me tell ya, after that she messed them up each time! I don’t get it! Either they don’t care or not well trained… i just want a decent brow tech!

Worst place ever! When I went there for eye brows threading, I got cuts around my eye brows. Won’t go there again

This is a big NO NO. I went in and told them don’t make them too thin and make sure to don’t arch it too high. I also told them that this is my first time doing this so I was nervous so take it easy. While I told all of these things to one of the ladies, she looked and pushed me over like she was in a rush or something to the chair and ignored ALL of my requests. Not only that, they didn’t even do the middle of my eyebrows and some parts under my eyebrows. Hence that I had a lot of hair left under my eyebrows and they didn’t care about fixing it. I’m NEVER going here again. This was a waste of $ 12. I should have gone to a better place. This place should be shut down at the Mall. It’s so rude and disrespectful on how they treated me and disregarded my requests. It was like done and deal in a snap and they just wanted the money. NEVER going here.

This was the worst eyebrow threading I’ve ever had. The woman kept catching my skin while threading making this a very painful experience and leaving my eyebrows bleeding, nic’d, and red for hours. I get threaded almost every month and I have never had it be so painful before. I actually had to ask her to stop because she was about to go back and thread over an area that she already nic’d and I could only imagine how butchered my skin would have been if I let her continue. Also she spent about 3 seconds trimming my eyebrows when I specially told her in the beginning that they were long and needed a good cut. Do not go here.

I went there one more time last night to get my eyebrows snd my upper lip done. I wasn’t happy with the previous services but wanted to give it a one more try. DON’t waste your time and money. They do an awful job. I actually can do a better job plucking my own. And for that half ass service they charge you $ 18!!! Ridiculous not going there anymore!

Horrible service. All I wanted was the stray hairs plucked before a big day and they took off half of my eyebrows. My eyebrows currently don’t fit my face and look horrible. I want to cry.

My wife was in the mall and decided to go here to get threaded. WORST PLACE EVER! My wife ended up with cuts on her upper lip and eyebrows. There were blood marks above her eyes and lips. The person had no idea of what she was doing. There were scars on my wife’s eyelids and upper lip.
I will try and post some photos as well.
Do not go to this place. We assumed that the services will be good because of its location. WE WERE TOTALLY WRONG.
Save yourself some time and find a nicer place nearby. Please do not use the services from this place.

Lots of negative comments here! I went today and I actually had a very pleasant experience! My only complaint was I was left with lots of little hairs on my face lol! I had no wait. The moment I walked in I was sat down and the entire thing took about 3 – 4 minutes. Only 12 dollars! Very much worth it. Will definitely return again!

Staff is cool, price isn’t too steep and they always have my brows looking fresh, no homo lol.

The website says they do henna tattoos, but they don’t. When I got there the store was empty because the employee was standing out front talking on her cell phone. I went in and stood there for a while until she came in, handed me a price card, and started talking on her cell phone again. They didn’t have henna tattoos listed, so I decided to leave, which was fine because the gal had already walked back out of the store and was arguing over her cell phone again.

Stepped into this place not too long ago because I REALLY needed my eyebrows threaded. I really liked this place before when it was under different management. Apparently the people there now are completely different and the store changed its name. It’s a shame really because the ladies who were there in the first eyebrow place were SO good.
My eyebrows were looking pretty bad and I happened to be in the mall so I decided to stop by. It was ABSOLUTELY horrible. I was told to sit in the chair and the lady didn’t even ask me what I wanted. She just got down to business and started threading my brows. She did it so quick and it just hurt so much. She accused me of plucking my eyebrows too much which was stupid because the whole reason why I was there was because I hadn’t done anything to them since my last thread and they were looking like caterpillars. She was SO rude.
The end result was horrendous. There was no arch whatsoever and she didn’t even take the time at the end to groom them and cut them like most people do when you get your eyebrows done.
Don’t ever go here!!! It was the worst eyebrow threading experience I ever had and I can’t believe that for sub par service I had to pay $ 12 plus tip. You’re seriously better off going to one of the eyebrow threading kiosks in Tysons.

Went here out of pure desperation as there seems to be two places in Leesburg to get threaded. Salon Montage is a little higher price point than I’d like, and threads which is also a threading chain like eyebrow design has super inconvenient hours.
I’ve taken my boyfriend here a few times (also out of desperation) and noticed the last finished product was not amazing. I’m grown to become super anal about my eyebrows as I’ve had some really great results and it’s hard to find/​keep that one threader than does an amazing job.
I’ve only seen two ladies working at this location. One is «medium» and one is «extra large.» XL is the one that sucks at her job and on the off chance that I try this place one last time I’ll be requesting that M do my eyebrows.
I think XL made my eyebrows uneven and I’m not terribly thrilled about this :(
