This is a super family-friendly destination. There is a wagon ride to the orchard and lots of apples to pick; plenty of them at arm’s length for little people. When the wagon ride returns, there is a playground with safe toys for children to enjoy while their parents relax on lawn chairs. The shop sells, in addition to other things in the autumn, pumpkins, fresh cider, fresh baked goods(including pumpkin donuts), fresh vegetables, and moms flowers. This is, I think, my seventh season of visiting with my children, and I look forward to many more years of the same.

Not a great place. The peaches had holes in them, or were rotten. The owner lady was rude. She was curt and acted like it was such a big deal to deal with us. Also if you have more than 4 people you are forced to buy a larger sized bag in order to walk with them, even if they’re not picking, they’re just walking! Also, the bakery or whatever had nothing. Overall not a good place.

After experiencing so many crowded, overpriced ‘commercial’ apple orchard /pumpkin farms– clearview was a delightful discovery! Quaint, serene, lovely scenery, Many selections of PYO, a quaint ‘play area’ for kids, high quality pre-picked items(carrots, garlic, carrots, eggplant, gourds) at a far more affordable prices than we’d seen. Bakery inside, jams/jellies, frozen prepared foods. I will go regularly!

I’m not quite sure why Clearview is getting such mediocre reviews. I’ve visited them at the local farmers market and just visited their orchard and store for the first time recently. They have always been very pleasant and their fruits and vegetables are delicious and fairly priced. My visit to the orchard was no different. And, I had to try a cider donut because of the reviews. It tasted like most that I’ve had before from many other orchards, yummy! As for the person that said it wasn’t cider-y enough well, cider donuts are not really meant to taste like apple cider… they are made with cider and are coated with sugar, cinnamon and often nutmeg. Anyway, I’ll be back to visit for sure!

I wanted to give this two stars, but everything was 3-quality except one thing… I came here with a girlfriend for an apple picking adventure. We got two coupons from and used one of them($ 25 value) for picking apples. The apples, in several varieties were very tasty and the orchard was clean, well-kept and the man they had working out there was very helpful in directing what apples varieties were where. The apples were worth the trip. The second coupon we used on farm store goods. This excluded bakery and jams – basically you could only buy produce. We got several large heirloom tomatoes, a basket of small heirloom tomatoes, onions, egglplants, shallots, bell peppers and a few other things, which so far, have all been great. Also on our visit, we checked out the pumpkins, ate a cider donut, which wasn’t very cider-y and mostly just covered in sugar, ate a pumpkin-choc chip cookie(5 stars for that thing) and scoped out the cider. You can have b-day parties here, too. I wanted to give this place two stars because the owner was curt, unfriendly and in my opinion, rude. She seemed more annoyed with the people than interested in helping. I did not see her crack one smile. All in all, the day was lovely with my friends, but probably won’t come back due to unfriendly owner and I’m sure there are other comparable
