I don’t usually go out of my way to post reviews about companies but this company has went above and beyond to cater to my needs and I’m extremely happy. I called John asking him to do some odd work for a customer of mine. I am in the claims department in a moving company. He went out and did the estimate same day and took care of all of the work the next day. He also kept in contact with me the entire time to make sure everything was going smoothly. Thank you for making it easy on me John, I appreciate your hard work. I’ll be giving you a call any time I need some handyman services in the Northern Virginia area!

Jonathan is polite and professional and did a great job with some small repairs my house needed. He was originally coming to fix one thing but I saw it as an opportunity to get some other issues fixed, so I asked him and he obliged. He took time out of his Sunday morning to come and complete all of the work in a span of just a few hours. No fuss, no mess, he knows his stuff and I’d highly recommend for anyone else who’s looking for a handyman!

Carter’s services are outstanding. I purchased some home fitness equipment for my garage. John assess the job and gave me a fair price. John identified that some parts were missing and contacted the brand and worked out the details of getting me some replacement parts. Once the job was complete John follow up 48 hours later to make sure the equipment was working properly. I recommend Carter’s Handyman Services for their efficiency and their customer service.

Carter’s was excellent service. John went above and beyond. He showed up on time completed the jobs efficiently and gave us a fair rate. I will be using Carter’s in the future and highly recommend them. He put together a 100 piece train table that would have taken me an eternity. My son plays with it everyday for hours.
