Battlefield Towing & Storage

Battlefield Towing is THE WORST group of con artists legally allowed to operate. They towed my friends car who mistakenly parked in a non-​visitors spot (right next to the visitors spots) at my complex around 5am. I went there within an hour and they charged me $ 165 to release it. They had the car for an hour! AN HOUR! I sit and watch them come to my complex and they only check the visitors spots, they don’t tow the cars parked in residents spots in front of the buildings. People without permits know to park in front of the buildings cause Battlefield doesn’t check; to much work I guess. The people who actually pay rent have to find other spots to park then get towed by Battlethieves Towing. I actually watched a driver tow a car then BRING IT BACK cause apparantly he knew the guy and they sat outside and talked and smoked cigarettes then he left the car. 1 star cause I can’t leave zero!

Experience was absolutely dismal. They operate as a contractor for neighborhoods and tow vehicles even if they are registered to the house they’re parked in front of, which mine was. Their customer service is some of the worst I’ve had to deal with. It’s almost midnight and they’ve towed my legally parked car without notice (they’re too lazy to run tags so they just tow whoever doesn’t have the physical pass, which we aren’t required to have). Without left information, I was forced to call the sheriffs office to get help finding my vehicle. Once found, I called a rather incompetent customer service rep who told me to go to their main building. A friend gave me a ride there and I found it was empty! I called the woman back and she said that the only person there was out on «patrol». She said she would dispatch another driver to meet me. The driver took over an hour to arrive, at which point it was after midnight. They honestly tried to charge me for 2 days storage since their inefficiency drove the ordeal into the next day. I would not recommend these people to change a light bulb, let alone service your vehicle.
