What a joke of a business! I have been a long time customer and was locked out. The business changed their software which eliminated my auto-​pay for July. They said they sent email notices but I didn’t receive one. No written communication! There are a lot of units with lockout locks which I suspect are in the same situation. Then they had the AUDACITY to charge a $ 20 late fee! I’ll be moving out ASAP. Sheer luck that I happened to stop by and find out.

Best storage unit ever! 24 hour access and the friendliest staff around! Electricity is available at every unit. The units are huge and the rates are more than fair! The yard is huge and there is plenty of room to move stuff in and out whenever need be.

I used AAAA Self Storage in Sterling for over a year. I have nothing but good things to say about Michele and her crew. She made sure that my experience was top notch and went out of her way to help me any way she could. Many businesses could learn a lesson in customer service from her. This is a well run facility and is the only storage facility I would use in this area.
