Not a friendly office. Not willing to work with you if you lack insurance. More about making a huge profit off you than working with you to provide a solution that’s good for BOTH parties. Poor bedside manner, i.e., not very compassionate acting. I feel like a customer or a dollar sign, and not a patient. Their horrible looking website says it all. POOR.

Upon receiving disturbing news about a lumpy stowaway in my headspace years ago, I turned to certain medical professionals who I came to find were less than capable and empathetic. Sometimes ya gotta shop around. Tri County turned out to be my oasis as I began to navigate this new world of cranial concern, Dr. Andrews my calm, learned guide. She enters the room with you, closes the door, and is PRESENT. She listens, taking time to explain any and all of your questions and concerns. She really cares, and you feel it-a huge comfort when facing strange frontiers. You’ll see the results too-her expertise Takes Care o’ Business like The King. They’ve got an on-site blood-drawing lab whose techs are gentle angels. My tiny, deep-set veins set me up for a lifetime of trauma and pain, resulting in my being a complete wimp with needles. These sweethearts lay me down in a room, making it over before it begins as they crack me up instead of me passing out cold. There are literally hundreds of doctors right down the flippin’ street from me, but I elect to drive many miles out of my way for the best.
