Yet again another place i’ve driving by for 15 years, but never stopped in. I usually get kowalski’s hunter’s sausage, or from a place in Milford, but this is right near home. Wow, so awesome! Most of the ones I usually get (other than Kowalski) are refrigerator jerky or sausage, which has soy protein and water built into it. Their flavors are tasty, but not nearly as concentrated.
I was able to mix and match all the flavors I wanted to try. I got hunters sausage in, Garlic, Hot, Cherry honey pepper bacon, and Chorizo. I’ve been rage eating the past 20 mins tasting them all. The Garlic is my fav. Chorizo is a bit greasy. Hot one is hot!
Got Jerly I Got sweet hot, peppercorn, and cheery maple. All are great, peppercorn and cheery are awesome. Sweet heat has some real heat, and I have a high tolerance. I east some crazy hot stuff, so be ready if you explore this route.
Jerky wise, this really is as good as it gets. The ability to mix/​match to try out items, then you can get your favorites in resealable bulk packages.
I didn’t try any of the elk /​venison, i’ve had them else where and love them but dislike the price. Maple turkey jerky looked amazing in the bag, but will try next time.

Great flavors… Great jerky. Prices have continued to go up and up and up. Gotta love the power of money…
Try the hunters sausage… its a little cheaper, however a little more greasy. The jerky itself is rather flavorful!
