Very unprofessional. As another user mentioned when you try to move out — it’s like pulling teeth. If you speak with anyone from the office and get a commitment on a move out date — make sure you get it in writing because they pretend the conversation never happened. I was told I could move out mid month and would be prorated the rest of the month but when I put in the notice, they told me I had to pay for the full month, no pro-ration was allowed. Also rent creeps up every year. Sign a full year if possible otherwise they raise it every time you have to sign a new contract.

Very professional when you move in but they will sic their bureaucratic dogs in you when I moved out. I had to talk t 5 different people(Monica, Linda, Stacy, Sandra, Beth) before finally getting their attorney to sue over some make believe damages. Avoid people who seem too professional!
