It’s impossible to get appointments unless you want to take your kids out of school. If the sun, moon, and stars align and you happen to get in after school you will be in the waiting room for a very long time. Dr. Bridget is great, and so are the assistants and reception staff. I wish I’d started this somewhere with more flexible hours, but it’s much too late to switch.

This practice is very kid-​friendly, and also grown-​up friendly!
The staff & equipment are up-​to-​the-​minute.
Also very professional, very kind & friendly. I’ve noticed through the years as well that there is a low-​turnover. The staff that treated my daughter, now treats me, several years later! Dr. Bridget, Dr. Valmy, & staff are patient & thorough; your teeth will be perfection!
The process is explained in a way that’s easy to understand, from the treatment plan to the payment plan.
The waiting area has current magazines, wifi, Nickelodeon on the tv, and toys for the little ones.
Conveniently located on Metropolitan Parkway, just west of Mound, on the north side.

I have the same issue. The doctors are excellent, but wait ½ hour to 1 hour for appointments, also long wait time inside as orthontists chit chat with other patients and my daughter waits in the chair.

Great Doctors however, good luck if you ever want to schedule a convenient appointment time. Closed on Fridays. Saturdays — only once a month. Not open very late on most days. There’s also usually a very long wait to get in for the appointments. It’s almost as if they have too many patients and not enough hours in the week open. I’ve had 3 kids go thru here and I will be glad when this is finally over.
