I’ve been going here for a while — and I stayed as new owners(Sandy) bought the place when Kim retired. She Updated the place NICELY. New owner new look, more of a pampered atmosphere; no price hike! I thought this is going to be nice! …NOPE Went back on Friday(5⁄13) ANOTHER new owner(Lucy). I thought not again, it hasn’t even been a year. But I stayed bc we(took my daughter for a girls day out) had an appointment. No prices listed or displayed openly & you’re not informed of all the«extras» you(unknowingly) agreed to, until she rings you out – like the plastic liner in the pedi tub(that she doesn’t change between customers!) the delux massage chair(bc the other one that’s NOT extra SHE doesn’t like to use) my manicure was done in a styrofoam bowl with luke warm water There’s no cash register for you to «actually«see what you’re paying for Lucy uses an accounting manual«Calculator» with the paper roll! So she can’t give you a receipt for services. When I asked why so much, bc the price is usually cheaper. Told me if I had come in Monday– Thursday instead and rattled off all the other stuff I «agreed» to, I would have saved me $ 5 as if that would have made a difference to my $ 104 total… I won’t be going back EVER!

Went there today for a foot massage. Pretty good massage but more importantly she filed and cleaned my nails just as an extra. Good service

Worst manicure ever. No one else was in the salon when I stopped in at 3 last Tuesday, so the manicurist did not need to hurry. Yet she spent less than 5 minutes in total — nails were uneven, and the polish was thick and not aligned to the cuticle. A waste of time and $ 14!
