I was buying a special pair of TOMS online for my wedding shoes, and I was able to try on a pair of similar toms in the store without the associate getting annoyed that I was not going to buy anything at all!!! Thank you for that I work in retail and I know that even when a person doesn’t buy something you can make a bigger impression on them during this time.

I just had a wonderful shopping experience, at Oakland Mall! This store carries Uggs! Go to Journeys, down the hall from Penneys. Emmanuel was spot on in helping me select the right ones. I wish I had known about the men’s Uggs; I think he was asking for a pair of GE men’s healed and soled house slippers!
