I’m very loyal to this place. Never had a question that they didn’t answer quickly and accurately. The bad review I saw was nothing like what I’ve experienced. Always had friendly, courteous, and helpful people take care of me.

I wear both contacts & glasses, and only wear my glasses around the house. I wanted 2 pairs so I’d have a spare. I was the only customer in the store at the time, but no one would even stay around on the floor to help make a decision.
I finally chose 2 pairs, but no one ever down with me to see if the fit was truly correct for my face. If anything was done, it was just standing there on the sales floor. AFTER the glasses were made, I was told that 1 pair wasn’t the correct fit for my face and I’d have to choose another pair. Their selection isn’t that great, so I had a hard time in doing so, and of course with little or no input from staff.
While waiting for the new pair to be made, I was wearing the spare pair. During that time, I determined that the spare pair didn’t fit correctly either, as they slid down my nose constantly to the extent that it was severely affecting my daily routine.
I contacted the Manager and stated that I needed to replace my spare pair as well, and expected it to be covered under their Patient Satisfaction Guarantee. I also stated that if someone had sat down with me and took a moment to really look at how the glasses were fitting, instead of just eyeballing it while standing on the sales floor, this may not have happened. We had a heated argument over this on the phone as he made accusations that I’d changed my mind about the frames and was lying in order to get new frames.
In the end, he agreed to cover them under their Satisfaction Guarantee. The 2 pairs of glasses I ended up with look nothing like the beautiful frames I had selected first, they’re just ok and I’ve actually had a consistent issue with them rubbing the back of my ear which has never been an issue previously. Needless to say, I won’t be back and wouldn’t recommend.

I’ve been coming to Fraiser optical for over 10 years and have consistently found nice people who give you great service. The selection of glasses is excellent, and okay for sunglasses, but the attentive service makes up for that.
