Deluxe Nails Time

By far the worst pedicure I’ve ever got! I got the deluxe which is supposed to be super nice but it didn’t seem like she knew what she was doing at all! She cut the side of my toe with the scrub… burnt the heck out of my leg with a hot stone (the other tech was trying to coach her on how to cool the stone off properly) and it didn’t even feel like any sort of massage at all! Definitely not worth the $ 47 they charge for it! Also on the menu they hand out it says free designs on your big toes with that pedicure… well guess who didn’t get designs on her toes… this girl! Not very happy with this place!

I’ve been here about 5 or 6 times and have received their deluxe pedicure along with manicure. I was so shocked when I saw the bad reviews on here because this place is very professional, friendly, and they always do an excellent job. Their hot stone massage and paraffin wax are the best by far!

Would never go to the place again or ever recommend anyone to come here! My acrylics are HORRIBLE. Most of them are hanging over onto the skin on the sides of my nails and all different lengths. They are so far away from my cuticles that they look like the need to be filled already. The nail polish job was awful!!! Streaks everywhere. Looks like a kindergartner did them. Waste of money. Had to remove all the nail polish and redo them myself! Don’t waste your time or money!!!

My friend and I came to this location to get our eye brows done about 2 weeks ago and they did a great job. We decided we wanted to get our nails done here the following week. I must say this was by far the worst work either of us had ever see. So very disappointed when we left. She had someone do a grey ribbon on 2 fingers and let me say they were the worst ribbons I have ever seen not centered and you could see every brush stroke. Her nails werent even, even she asked to get them a little shorter she was completely ignored. Disgusting!!! Then my nails were nothing like I had asked you could see the paint so piled on it looked as if I had plastic layered on my nails. And then instead of fixing the whole problem when it would bubble she kept painting over it oh and let’s not forget she also decided to paint my fingers in the process and not remove it. We also took my daughter to get her very first mani-​pedi and I was very disgusted how they just put her to soak her feet then when the lady came to do her nails was rolling her eyes and completely rude paid no mind to anything she was doing while doing my daughters nails except look out the window. Very disappointed.

Very disappointed in this place. They charge you 5 dollars for a shape and can’t even get the shape right? Not just that but I felt like my nails were in war, feeling sore and bleeding. and they left one hand longer than the other… Like seriously why do u do nails. I still tipped and went home and took off my nail polish and filled my own nails fixed them a little… Never again … I’m giving them 2 stars for effort. I made sure to let all my friends know also

I highly recommend Justin for a relaxing and thorough spa pedicure. Very nice to talk to and he gave the best leg/​foot massage ever! Cost $ 27 & worth it.
