Great dinner with family. No rush from our server. Appetizers of cheese and zucchini fries. 4 meals — 29 oz steak and shrimp Tuscan style. Served medium. Perfect temp. One Pork and procuitto. One shrimp and rice. Excellent service. Super food. Always a great stop.

Ate here last week for Mom’s birthday. Party of 7. THEYDOTAKECALLAHEADSEATING! I set that up that morning on their website. Seated quickly, beverages never went empty. Food was beyond what we expected. The warm bread and oil dip was fantastic. We have the calamari and the Shrimp Scampi for appetizers. Calamari has delicious black pepper flavor in batter and was super tender. Scampi was the best we have ever had– ANYWHERE. I had the house salad and it was amazingly fresh and crisp. Delicious house dressing. I had the lasagna and it was great! Not mushy or sloppy. Just the right amounts of meat, cheese and sauce. Husband got the Chicken Trio which he loved. Everyone was thoroughly pleased with their dishes, even the kids! I have been craving it ever since… Will definitely be back soon . Also, waitress was amazing and food was brought out correctly and timed perfectly!

Food was real good. Went at a slower time slot too. The waiter was great and attentive. A tiny bit pricey for the portion size, however, was very tasty.

Ordered the Italien wings for and appetizer and had the sirloin with green beans and salad for dinner. The wings were good, the steak was cooked perfect, the green beans were delicious. Could have used a little more dressing on the salad. Ordered some mixed drinks, but the bar was out of some of the ingredients for the drinks and when we got the drinks they didn’t taste as good as they sounded.

I’m already not a fan of Italian and this was not my pick for the evening so my boyfriend is severely paying for tonight’s restaurant selection. Last minute dinner here on a Wednesday evening right after work. Started off with it taking about 10 minutes to get a glass of water. We then placed an appetizer order for the Aracini, which is one of the few things I do like here. About the time I would expect the appetizer to arrive, the waiter returns to inform us they are out of Aracini. Really, it took how long to figure this out? I stuck with the Carabba’s Classic(Chicken Parm & Lasagna). Not great but not bad. Basically what you’d expect from a chain Italian restaurant. My boyfriend tried the Baked Ravioli Parmesan. First time trying this entrée and it was obvious it’s premade and had been frozen. It actually tasted freezer burned. We didn’t complain though. After not getting the appetizer we wanted we decided we would just rewards ourselves with the Baked Apple Crostata after dinner. We told the waiter this also. Really looking forward to this. Soooo… We box up the rest of dinner and place the order for dessert. Again, about 10 minutes later the manager comes over — not with my dessert — but to inform us they were out of the baked crostata. Waiter offered us another dessert but when we reminded him that we were specifically holding out for that dessert and didn’t want anything else, she just said«Ok, I’ll bring the check.» No offer of a rain check or to take something off the bill. Poor service, not attentive at all. Yeah, I hope I definitely never have to return here or any other Carabba’s.

Although this Carrabba’s has been visited by me and my boyfriend multiple times, yesterday we stopped by to have a quick beer and realized there are basically no choices for draft beer. Happy Hour is half off apps and draft beer daily. Well, your hand is forced to order bottled beer at $ 6 a bottle instead of $ 2 for a draft beer because the draft beer choices are absolutely horrible. They don’t even sell blue light. Let’s step it up Carrabba’s. You serve the middle class population, but charging those prices is going to force your customers to go elsewhere. Please look into this.

We absolutely love going to Carrabba’s especially with our kids. If it’s available we always sit at the pizza bar. And for one reason Doug! The guy behind the counter!!. He always is telling us what he’s doing and listens to our conversation. Like the last time we went we didn’t know they had stuffed mushrooms so he cooked us up a sampler so at least we got to try it. And for my daughter’s birthday they took off the sampler of the three desserts but he did it for her anyway and also put her favorite on the plate chocolate covered strawberries… She was in heaven. Doug is awesome!!. If you every get a chance to sit at the pizza bar at this particular Carrabas I highly recommend it and do engage Doug in conversation he’s the highlight of our dining experience!

We used to go here all the time. We hadn’t been in about 6 months. What I can tell you is it has changed. The food wasn’t good, not presented well and it appears they no longer use fresh herbs for the bread dipping. Nothing like I remember. I had a salad that was more carrot than lettuce, needless to say we won’t be back. The only reason for 2 stars was the waitress was nice.

Seriously, every pasta dish had chicken in it??? I just want pasta, I don’t do chicken. So they made me Alfredo, it was okay. The portions are way too small. Bread was cold, salad with Italian dressing barely had any on it, what up doc? I ain’t no rabbit I like dressing on my greens, no what I mean? Not bad, no where near really good either, so three stars it is.

Good food and servings, good service. Place was packed but we were seated promptly. Our waiter Walter was quick and attentive. I appreciate how patient he was with another older customers behind us who had questions about the menu. The steak we ordered was perfectly cooked, veggies not mushy and very tasty. Pasta dish was superb. We will definitely come back again.

Had mozzarella sticks, minestroni, and ceasar salad. Was not dissapointed. Service was good. Décor was upscale. Menus price reflected the atmosphere. The Dessert Rosa is definitely recommended. It’s my favorite.

Stock Upscale Décor in this fine Italian restaurant. Pleasant staff. People talking Italiano-Americano. Nice! The crispy crust on the tasty Italian bread is a treat w the garlic spice olive dipping oil.

I’ve been to a different Carrabba’s a year or two before and it was OK, there are other Italian places I like better but it was better than Olive Garden. This day I was treating someone and let them choose, they picked this location because it was close to everyone. Now I have to recalibrate my original feelings. We came for lunch and even with a coupon I left feeling like I’d been robbed. Our waiter was a young guy who seemed like he had something else to do(a lot of the staff seemed to have the same thing to do, I heard them talking a lot in the back during our meal). He’d drop by every now and again, but he didn’t bring out the soup/salad or the entrees. I’m not sure why — they weren’t very busy at noon on a weekend. The oil for the bread(which wasn’t anything special) had some bitter herbs in it that tasted burnt. My soup was ok, but didn’t have much flavor(and certainly wasn’t «spicy» as described). Some of the salads that came to the table were pretty small and soaked in dressing. Then my entrée came out — I got the«smaller» portion of one of the chicken dishes because it was lunchtime. It was about half the size of a half chicken breast, not as big as a deck of cards. The best part? It was almost $ 17. I could have had a big steak somewhere else for the same price. There were two small mounds of mashed potatoes that weren’t very flavorful. The chicken didn’t have much flavor other than the sauce. I wish I would have taken a picture of it – I couldn’t believe what I got for that much money. On top of that, someone forgot to put my daughter’s order in, which should have come out first — it was just pasta. So she had to sit there for 5 – 10 minutes while we waited for it. A child’s meal should always come out first so the parents can get it cut up for them to eat. While I appreciated that they let us use a coupon and rewards points(and I’m giving them an extra star for that despite my better judgment), if I’d have paid almost $ 70 for 3 entrees, a kid’s meal, soup and a couple of drinks, I would be even more upset than I am now. Still, there’s no way that this meal was worth remotely close to the amount we paid. Even not comparing Carrabba’s to other(incredibly better) independent Italian restaurants in town, this was a very poor value in comparison to pretty much any other chain in town. I’d rather go to Olive Garden again than set foot in here again. Yes, it was that lousy. They’re now on a short list of places that I won’t ever go to again.

I ordered the Shrimp and Scallop Linguine alla Vodka and as usual it was amazing. I ordered it to go and since this was a dinner item, I had to wait longer than usual. I don’t have a Carrabas within 30 miles of my house, so I waited. Although the wait was a pain, I really appreciated the customer service. They went out of their way to make up for the delays. I understand things happen, but it’s how they are handled that makes me a loyal customer.

I love Carrabba’s! Clean restaurant, great food and great service. The berry sangaria is so good! Chicken marsala is my favorite dish there. They bring warm bread and olive oil out to the table before your meal. If you haven’t tried Carrabba’s yet… You should

Ok so it started where I walked in to order a carry out since it was so busy inside. I parked where it says carry out and walked in to get my food. I walked in there and there was 3 people standing where the hostess should be. Waiting to be greeted from one of them and helped by someone instead as soon as I stepped foot one of the guys who looked like an 18 year old comes to me and says«I need u to move your vehicle from where you parked» «we have a big $ 300 order and we want them to be able to park» mind you there was 2 more spots that were empty and excuse me I don’t care how much the other order is I am a customer also, I should not be talked to in this disrespectful manner from an unprofessional and unexperienced child!!! The kid did not even greet me and right away assumes that I don’t have a carry out, at least greet me then ask to make sure before you disrespect guests this way. I immediately wanted to walk out after being belittled but before I did I asked for his name since they had no name tags on and he answered me with«I don’t have to give you my name» umm yes you are giving me your name because I was so irate that I was getting the regional manager involved. Finally a manager was called and he apologized for what happened and that he(ALEX) the rude kid will be talked to for this kind of behavior. I ended up not calling to make a bigger deal out of it since the manager was extremely nice but I will never go back to this location again since I love the one in Troy that has great customer service from the previous times I’ve been there.

A party of 7 on a Friday night, can you see where this is going? Yes, it was crowded, and yes we had a bit of a wait, even though we called ahead. After about 45 minutes we were seated. Sure, give me that $ 9 glass and a half of wine. It didn’t even get me through the bread I ate waiting for my meal. The bread and olive oil dip was mad delicious! We went through 3 loaves just waiting for our meal. I could have just lived on that and still be content. What didn’t make me content was our waitress(es). We had multiple for some reason. They were not friendly and pretty much reminded me of Lilith from Frasier. zero personality whatsoever. This was an all business transaction here. I was going to get the Mahi, buuuttt I was full from all that bread swelling in my belly. I chose the Parmesan Crusted Chicken Salad instead. It was OK, nothing special. I think they overdid it with the dressing tho… way too much. The best part! My friends salmon was raw. Straight up raw in the middle. It was sent back with her cut marks in it and it came back with the cut marks still in it. They just reheated the same piece and even better, they did so with a piece of meat grilling next to it because her fish tasted exactly like a seasoned piece of steak. Bonus points to them when they brought out their Nona. A pleasant little grandma to attend to my friend and her raw salmon. She doted on her for the rest of our stay. Well played Carrabba’s. No one can pass up a doting, sweet grandma. The place was packed, hard to move around(the tables were packed in tight), and pretty much not worth my while. ~Ciao

Have been to this restaurant twice in the past year. My boyfriend orders the steak medium well. First time it came back raw, had to send it back to cook more-no big deal. Then yesterday came back very well done, you could barely chew it. The boss was very nice his name is Marlon. They did refund the steak meal. Service was slow. Lobster ravioli very good. & the chocolate dream dessert was Amazing! Very expensive for the small amount of good u get

Warm, friendly & inviting, hubby & I went for an early dinner and enjoyed yummy food with exceptional service. Arrived at Happy Hour, so we were able to enjoy Quartinos of the House Red for the price of a glass. Quartino is equivalent to a glass and a half, and this Rosso(red) was light-bodied and sweet. I was also pleased to note that Carraba’s now includes a choice of soup or salad with entrée. Note: the House Dressing has anchovy in it. I had the Wood-Grilled Salmon with Tomato-Basil Vinaigrette, hubby had Filet Marsala. Both were cooked to perfection. Service was efficient and friendly. I had the Chocolate Sogno for dessert and it was delicious. The brownie was moist, the mousse and whipped crème were sweet & light, and the chocolate sauce was rich & tasty. Yummy meal + good service = 5 ‘s

The only reason they are getting 4 stars is because of their dinner salad. Very small and unmemorable. I only got it a couple of times, now I get the soup which is wonderful. Good, good, good italian food. Better selection than Olive Garden. And less rosemary than Macaroni Grille. I always get the zucchini sticks app. They are soooo good. And I love the oil and bread here over breadsticks at other places. I have dreams about the chicken trio. I upgrade to the fettuccine alfredo for my side. I prefer white sauce over red sauce. That is just me. It is very good. Not too over sauced. I recommend this place to all my friends. Hope you try it too.

It’s been awhile since I have been to Carrabbas so I was looking forward to giving it a shot. When my Aunt and I entered the restaurant there was four hostess gossiping at the hostess stand. Stood there for a couple min before they noticed us. We got seated in the far back corner. Wouldn’t be an issue but the restaurant was pretty dead to say the least so I don’t see the point in seating us all the way at the back of the restaurant. We sat for over 10 minutes before our waitress acknowledged us. When she did she only took our drink order(coke and water) and when she returned 10 minutes later, we placed our drink order. My aunt ordered the chicken parmesan(small portion) with a house salad and house dressing. I opted to have the baked ravioli parmesan with house salad and house dressing. We received our salads in a blind of an eye, which makes me believe the salads aren’t in fact made to order. The waitress told us the house dressing was more of a vinaigrette/italian. Okay sweet. I can live with that! except it was more like a creamy parmesan that was loaded with garlic and spices and was thicker than caesar dressing. Warning: Every inch of the lettuce is caked with dressing and already wilted. The waitress stopped by shortly after and asked how we liked our salads. When we told her not good at all, she simply walked away. Rude. Perhaps I would have liked to enjoy a cup of soup or a salad minus dressing. When our meals arrived, the plates were scorching hot. The food on the other hand? Not so much. Nothing to write home about. Too much acid in the sauce and the ravioli’s and chicken parm were both cooked too long or sat too long in the window. Portions were pretty large. I’ve never had ravioli’s that were really salty but these sure were. I asked the waitress about the gluten free menu that I heard about from friends and she didn’t know anything about it, as well as management. Perhaps its only available in certain locations? Overall, the quality of food isn’t as great Olive Garden– and even Olive Garden isn’t the greatest but the service could be improved tremendously.

I used to be a fan of Carrabba’s Italian Grill and I was really looking forward to going here with my husband because he NEVER takes me out to dinner. After this experience I don’t think I could ever be pursuaded to return. The service here was slow and everyone at our table was served… that is… everyone but me. I didn’t mind waiting, though, because I wanted my food to be perfect. Well, when my Chicken arrived it looked raw. Who wants to eat undercooked chicken? Not me! No excuse for this. They are going to give their customers food borne illnesses. My husband had the lasagna and he was dissapointed, too. It tasted great, but he left still hungry. Some of my family members love this place, but it is definately OFF my list. I’d rather have my food cooked.

We went in today for lunch at 2 pm. When we entered there were two men sitting at a table near the fireplace. The 3 of us sat in a booth which is near a window. We felt cool air blowing on us. I never took my thick winter coat off! My brother left his coat on and mom wrapped her’s around her. I looked around and saw that the handful of other people were also eating with their coats on! I brought it to the attention of a waiter that it was very cold in there and he said we were near the window. I thought, then put some darn heat on near the window. Each of us ordered off of the pick 2 or 3 lunch menu. For 10 dollars you could have 3 items. I feel it was a very good value for the money but the food was not HOT, it was warm at best. I have not been here in a long time and now I know why. We were all so relieved to get back in the car so we could get warm!!!
