Was looking for a local independent pharmacy to have a script called into.
Pass this place often, but could not recall the name. But the 7 – 11 next door saved the day as I called and inquired «please tell me that pharmacy name next door, if you know. And they did.
So I called Brookside to see what insurances they accepted and got the fax number.
Polite
Kind
Efficient
And very reasonable copays.
My script was filled & process several days ago
But today I received a handwritten thank you note thanking me for my business. And welcoming questions, comments or concerns.
So glad NOT to be in a big box pharmacy.
