The Smoke Shop

Very disappointed. Looking to get a cigar, and the hours on the website said open till 9:00. Drove out of our way to go, and the store was closed early at 8:45.

Please watch out for credit card fraud use in this store. I tried to call to speak with someone about this and no one answered the phone.

Stay away. First off, there are plenty of better tobacco shops just a few miles away in Winchester. If you’re looking for anything cigar-​related, this is not the place as it’s mainly a cheap cigarette store.
However, their stock notwithstanding, the owners and employees are some of the rudest people I’ve met. Upon receiving a gift from this shop (it was a cigar humidor), I decided that I needed something larger and wanted to return it. The guy working managed to mumble in-​between taking bites of a pizza that I’d need to come back the next day so «somebody could authorize it.» Upon showing up 24 hours later, a different man told me that I could return it, but only if his manager approved the return. Of course, he wasn’t there. Nor was this mythical manager there the following day OR the fourth day.
I finally resold the humidor to a 3^rd party and cut my losses. What a lovely experience!
