If I could give this location ZERO stars, I would. I’ve given this place multiple chances, because the location is convenient to my work, and I love the coffee. BUT, the customer service is the worst I have experienced in a long while. Sandy was extremely rude, slow, and short with my husband and I. As if we had interrupted HER day. I’m not sure where they find their employees, but someone in management should consider «cleaning house» at this location. Needless to say, I won’t be back.

Spent 20 minutes in drive thru line, Chai latte cup was only half full when I got it. Tried to charge me the wrong price. Very disorganized and inconvenient. Also almost everytime I go the staff is rude.
