I was in the market for a furnace and I interviewed a lot of different contractors. Mert’s didn’t have the best price but gave me the most confidence in their product and workmanship for a fair price. After all the research on the internet I concluded that it is just important the brand as much as the installation and maintenance. They had an extended (parts and service) warranty and have been in business for 50 years (with no apparent bad reviews) to back it up.
They came out with two installers. Between them they had 34 years of experience. They were clean and courteous. Very professional and answered all my questions. I am looking forward to years of continuous and uninterrupted heat. If anything should change with my views and attitude I will update this as appropriate.
