Splatz Canvas & Wine

A must do in Steamboat! Great fun and a great memory keepsake. I think they will ship your canvas back home for a price. You might want to ask about that.
I went with a group of four girls, there was a few other women there and one man flying solo. He was a pilot and was exercising his creativity while his client was having dinner. He seemed to have fun with all of us women. His passenger stopped in at the end of the evening saying he got a few text about how much fun he was having and had to check it out.
The music playing was so fun for our group. Not sure how Julie, the owner, knew what to play but we were all singing out loud while we painted to a mix of 80’s and 90’s. We played ‘guess that tune’ and we won a free Butterfinger candy bar. We would walk around checking out each other’s painting and encouraging each other with uplifting comments and praise.
Some would put their own twist on the painting while other stuck strictly to the instruction.
The atmosphere was fun and relaxed. I can’t wait to go back.
