I’ve been a customer here on and off since they opened. My last package experience was HORRIBLE. The owners’ daughter was unprofessional, rude, and downright nasty. I overheard her talking bad about customers after they left… like some pretty mean stuff. It got to the point where it seemed like she was a lil dictator. People SHE liked got the better beds, all free upgrades stopped, speedy bed turnaround didn’t exist. The next time I need to tan for a special occasion, I’ll be going to their local competitor.
