The staff is a perfect fit for this location. Always greeted with a «welcome to firehouse», and always explain options on my order. Food is prepared accurately just the way I ordered it. When the staff is not preparing food(always with gloved hands), they are keeping the dining area spotless. I’ve always noticed them washing their hands before putting on new gloves and prepare food. The taste of the food and the quantity of meats and toppings are unsurpassed. Subway doesn’t stand a chance against this restaurant. Dollar for dollar, Firehouse is the best value going.

Good place to stop for lunch on the road. Aileen at the register is great. My favorite sub is the«club on a sub».

Great idea for a shop, especially with the fire station 50 feet away. They greeted me kindly, took my order happily, and served/cooked my food deliciously. The Smokehouse beef and cheddar brisket tasted great and for a reasonable price. Only reason it’s 4 stars is because I reserve 5 stars for the blow my mind stores. Great job Firehouse Subs!

I come here to get their amazing beef and cheddar brisket sandwich. Super melty and cheesy brisket with sweet baby rays bbq sauce. I haven’t tried anything else because this is all I ever want! This time we called ahead to get our sandwiches to go but they got busy and forgot our order. They made up for it though and gave us a sandwich for free! Always delicious and great customer service.

We were not impressed with our Hero and Philly Cheese steak sandwiches. About everything on the Hero was sickeningly sweet! The ham was incredibly sweet as was the mayo, and it was overloaded with mayo. The meat is overcooked and mushy, and I question it’s processing as it is more like frankenfood(ground and put back together.) We could not finish and feel like we wasted $ 23.00 on our dinner. We will stay with Jimmy Johns where you get identifiable meat and if we want sweets we can order them after a meal.

Love this place. Ate there at least once a month. Gave up bread for a year. First place I am going when that year is up!!!

What a drop off from the past. Kids meal used to trade chips for dessert. Hostess said could have ½ a brownie? They are prepackaged so how would that exactly work? Kids said grilled cheese tasted spongy. Not sure how you can mess that up. My sandwich was good. I wonder if this shop is heading towards same fate of the Quiznos shop that used to be here.

Super quick, super tasty, but a bit pricey. Hard to understand the pricing system, but it was fairly worth it. The restaurant itself is mid-sized, no real problems with seating. The bathrooms were single toilet, and not too clean but way better than your typical fast food joint. 4 stars, perfect subs and cool drink machine, but I’ll take off a star for being pricey.

Quick, fast and polite. I like that they give a free drink to those of us in uniform(and the drink machine is a thing to behold. A 6 – 11 year old child would cackle in glee at the selections that you can create). I have never had a bad sub here.

Over all, this place is ok. It is way better(and double the price) than subway, and kind of similar to a Quiznos. It’s a little gimmicky and as a New Yorker, sometimes I kind of feel like after 9 – 11 people try to exploit fire fighter’s heroics for financial gain, but this place claims to have been started by firefighters, so I guess I can’t get miffed at people exploiting themselves. Anyway, aside for my distaste for the theme, the food was good. 2 large sandwich meals for $ 20 bucks is not cheap, but my man liked his brisket sandwich, and my veggie cheese sandwich was good. I got it «Fully Involved» which meant mayo, mustard, lettuce, tomato, onions, pickles. Sandwich was a little wet for my taste after all the toppings. Chip selection was good, and they had the computerized coke soda fountain I’m crushing on. I think this is a new store, there seemed to be a lot of staff getting in each other’s way.
