I’ve never sat at a drive through window for over 5 minutes without even having my card taken before now. The food took over 10 minutes. Absolutely ridiculous.

This is an A&W/Long John’s Silver. 15 minutes for 2 orders of fish & chips. Really? They didn’t even have the courtesy to tell us they were having problems BEFORE we ordered. Also, the A&W root beer was flat and they had no ice cream. My son told them that the root beer was flat and all he got was, «Uh, sorry.» The person we ordered from said that the ice cream machine will be down for 2 months. You might want to take down all of the advertisements for milk shakes that are up all over the restaurant then.
Horrible!!!
