The food was very good. It is not a restaurant just a screen we get up get your food and leave. Is about 20 minutes off the highway but worth the wait.

Naugatuck, CT
While more of a burger and hot dog roadside stand, there is a chopped pork BBQ sandwich on the menu. Choice of red (vinegar) or white (mayo) slaws for toppers. Red was good on the sandwich, but a side of slaw proved to be too tart; draining some of the vinegar before eating would have helped. Pork was moist, smoky, and flavorful. Well worth the short drive — 5 miles — off the highway, and a more fun experience than a chain or sit-​down BBQ place!
