Don’t live in a downstairs apt. Ceiling & floor are too thin. Noise is amplified bc there is no carpet. Kids are allowed in upstairs apartments here. We can hear every footstep, even with a box fan & sleep machine. Kids run around all day & the mom walks around the house all night nonstop till 4am. Tired since we moved here bc we can’t sleep through the night without being woke up & can’t take a nap either. Would probably be better if we could swap to an upstairs apt but office said they’re all full. Really wanted to like this place.

This place is worst place I ever lived in 5 years. Sure it looks nice and is well kept up. Management sucks. They over charge on utilities and when you fight the charge and ask to see your usage they refuse to show you the actual bill that they get. Its a scam. I had plenty of friends encounter the same problems. When you move out they will try to charge you for anything and everything. I had scuffs on my wall from where my bed was and they wanted to charge me $ 100 to paint over it that could easily be wiped off. It was spotless when I moved out and I still got a bill saying they had to clean up shower. I moved into this place the 2^nd year and bathrooms had yet to be cleaned from when people moved out and had to get them to clean it before I was able to move in. Don’t fall into this «paradise» trap. You will be paying out your ass to live here in the long run.
