Splash In the Boro Water Park

Small, overcrowded, and the best part is when it hits capacity and you need to walk out to your car they will not let you back in until someone else comes out. My friend had to go get a new bottle of sunscreen and she was locked out for 2 hours in line waiting to come back in. Why not just stop selling tickets instead of over-​selling? Her 5 year old had a melt down bc we couldn’t explain why her mommy was locked out.

you may as well just go swimming in your toilet. the stench of urine is overwhelming, there seems to be no regard for capacity crowd, the food is carnie fare minus, the attractions are super lame, and to top it all off the parking is like a joke that didn’t land right. never again.

Loved it had a great time with my son there and friends. Cheap and fun my kind of fun.

The only reason I don’t give it 5 stars is because of the gnats! The gnats in this region of Georgia are terrible! If they can figure out a way to keep the gnats away from the park, it would be perfect!

Small water park, but Kept clean. You can see your child wherever u seat. We decided to rent a cabana for the day. Only thing, gnats are awful! Bring a portable fan, and bug spray, if u are going to rent a cabana. Food fairly cheap an reasonable. Don’t follow the address on the Unilocal.Go on the website an get direction. or u will be in farm country. Overall kids had a blast!

I was disappointed with the lifeguards at this park. I found them unprofessional. Most looked hungover or just not enjoying their job. I took my child to the restroom and this was evidently the same place the lifeguards also use the restrooms. I had to listen to the account of how drunk everyone got last night. I later found the supervisor, a Mr. Brown, and he informed me that well you know kids will be kids. I was very disappointed .The park was pretty but this experience left a bad feeling. I lifeguarded all through highschool and college and found this to be a disturbing lack of professionalism for a multi million dollar park. My recommendation is to go prepared to swim at your own risk.

I went out to Georgia to visit family this summer, and since there’s not much to do in their town, we ventured forth to Statesboro. We weren’t expecting much, so we were pretty impressed with this park. The slides were great and it was fun listening to the silly little kids try to build up the courage to go down them. I appreciated that rafts were provided for the slides, because sometimes it can just plain ol’ hurt to go down a slide without one. And, I have to say that this park put a similarly-​sized regional county park here in California to shame. I think it’s a good time even if you aren’t a little kid ;)
