Helen, the owner and operator is a sweetheart. She is caring and really gives you southern hospitality. She is very accommodating in every way. Breakfast is included that she cooks herself. There is a small dog but it is quiet and friendly. If you want a personal touch to your stay in Statesboro I would recommend this place over a hotel.

I both stayed at Georgia’s and attended a lunch party at the B&B that was catered by Georgia’s. There are 4 suites at the house, two with private bathrooms. The rooms are located up a steep flight of stairs so people with disabilities might want to keep this in mind or call first. Their motto is «southern hospitality at it’s finest» and they definitely met the challenge with a smile and sweet tea around every corner.
The house is a neat place to hold a function with ample sitting rooms downstairs and a beautiful deck/​patio to accomodate dining al fresco if the weather allows. My favorite item was their tiny little biscuits that just melted in my mouth like a puff of air. So good! If you like bed and breakfasts, you will like Georgia’s.
