Piss poor service. Only competent employee was probably the bartender and the girl with glasses, I believe Georgianna was her name. Pretty sure my meal didn’t get placed until 20 min after I ordered it because the waitress returned and asked what I had ordered. That’s only the beginning too.

Just ate here with my boys and their friends. considering my Applebee’s experiences elsewhere haven’t been all that good… the appetizers tasted really good and were served hot… our dinners were as good was very pleased from the very beginning… and I got more and more pleased as the meal progressed… I will definitely be coming back here… everyone was very pleased

Even for an Applebee’s this one is especially bad. I tried the fish and chips. After one bite I ate the fries, paid and left. Awful.

Went there for lunch, never again. We ordered the new mix and match sampler thing and it was horrible. The sweet chile brisket sliders came out without sauce and the food runner had the nerve to say that the sauce was already mixed in. The sriracha shrimp was just straight up nasty and so was the Thai wings. The tomato basil came out stone cold. It’s bad enough that it was pre-made packaged soup but they didn’t even bothered to heat it up. Piss poor management! The only highlight was that our server was great and we had great service. You are warned.

This was my first time to set at the bar. I would have to say it was the best choice on a Friday night with the crowd that was there. The service was great, I don’t remember the bartenders name. She knew the best choice for meals that night, as I had all you could eat barbecue short ribs with fries and coleslaw. Along with a couple big Bud Light to wash it all done with. I had one extra serving that had to take some of it home in a doggie bag. The cost for my wife an myself was around $ 70.00 including tip. Not bad for 2 meals and drinks. Our meals was only about $ 25.00 of the tab an the rest was the alcohol along with a $ 10.00 tip for the outstanding service we received. We will be going back again an hope the next bartender is as good. Yes we will be setting at the bar an not a table.

I have never been so disappointed in a dining experience, especially at a corporate restaurant. I’m not saying that corporate restaurants set the gold standard in American cuisine, but at least you know what you’re getting when you walk through the door. My friend and I came in for dessert and cocktails during their happy hour from 9PM to 11PM. After waiting over 10 minutes for service in a dead restaurant, a very nice waitress came up and greeted us taking our drink orders. We told her we would just be having cocktails and desserts. She then proceeded to inform us exactly how to use the electronic tablet to order appetizers and desserts. She didn’t ask us if we needed help, and we found her tone particularly condescending. She even mentioned other customers that she had trouble explaining the electronic tablet to saying that they were pains. That aside, we each ordered our own desserts and signature cocktails off of their menu. I ordered the whiskey smash substituting the Jim Beam for Jack Daniels, and my friend ordered the sangria margarita. We quickly received our desserts, and we were more than satisfied with them. During this time, we began to wonder where our drinks were. There were two servers behind the bar, and no one else sitting to be attended to. We kindly asked our server about our drink, and she said she was terribly sorry about our wait. We weren’t in any rush, so we made the mistake of ordering the spinach artichoke dip. This came and went, and still no drinks. Finally, when the drinks did arrive, they were absolutely unpalatable. My friend’s sangria margarita tasted more like a well pomegranate martini, and it was served with an unchilled empty martini glass and a shaker that still had stickers on it. The server mention how fancy she thought that presentation piece was… We were both appalled. My whiskey smash that cost nine dollars was even worse. It was supposed to have muddled mint and simple syrup in it, but obviously there was not a trained bartender on staff to make one of the signature drinks on their menu. My drink that took over 25 minutes to get to the table was merely a rocks glass full of shaved ice, an ounce of Tennessee whiskey, and three quarters of an entire lemon. Neither of us even wanted to say anything about it, because the experience was so frustrating that we had to leave. On the atmosphere, the rest of the staff was particularly loud during our visit. Our server was at another table taking customers orders, when one of her friends came up and started her asking would you rather questions. I can’t even imagine what that table must’ve thought. I am so surprise that a restaurant with such an untrained staff, mediocre cuisine, and terrible signature cocktails could manage to survive. I guess that’s just the power of the larger American chains. I would never go to another Applebee’s after this experience, and I certainly wouldn’t recommend it to a friend. Save your money for the culinary treasures. Happy eating!

This Applebee’s was very good on food & service. Quick lunch service for one that is very busy, usually college students.
