My family and I went for a treat here but the treat I got from the plain yogurt was FOODPOISONING! Stay clear of here.

Yogurt was good as usual but the women behind the counter is not a customer person. I asked for 2 taste cups and she said only one per customer, I told her I wanted to try 2 flavors she said only one per customer. That’s wrong on so many levels. I will think again before going back. Stupid store rule.

The yogurt here is really good. It’s just a plain old place, without the same flashy, bright colors and similar décor every single other self-serve chain has. There’s just one sick-of-it guy working the counter, who doesn’t move until you are ready to pay. I find this great though, as it enabled me to sample all of the 14 flavors. And I had to, because there are so many good ones — all of the usual fake, delicious sugar-filled flavors, like birthday cake, cookies & cream, peanut butter, salted caramel, etc. This is a good option, but I think the similar NYogurt that is pretty close by is slightly better. They’re nearly the same though, so come here for a great option for a refreshing, lighter dessert.

We have been looking for a good froyo place in Staten Island since we moved here this past summer, and the search is over. The yogurt is very flavorful and creamy, with the consistency closer to ice cream. There are enough toppings to satisfy most people and the price is reasonable, $ 5-$ 10. We will be coming back often.

I walked in on a Saturday night. The place was empty. My boyfriend then asked for a sample cup. The harsh Asian lady from behind the counter didn’t even have the courtesy to put the phone down and show some respect, she talks on the phone the whole time and asked me what I wanted to sample and fills the sample cups herself. After one sample each she walks away. I pick mango since it’s probably a safe bet. It taste terrible. I explain this to her. She tastes it and agrees with me but refuses to give me a new flavor or my money back. I tell her to call her boss. She picks up the phone and speaks to I don’t even know who. She then tells me that I can get a new one but that i can’t do that again because the mango«actually taste fine». This place should get a new staff. Talking on the phone while being at work is so rude. Learn some manners yogurt city.

I really like this place, especially in the summer. It’s not too pricey and is open pretty late which is a plus. There is also a place to sit and hangout while you eat your frozen yogurt. There is a wide variety of flavors and toppings which i enjoy very much. If this place ever expanded it would be a lot better so there would be more places to sit and more flavors.

With multiple selections of flavors… It’s rather difficult to choose! I just had to try everything and I did :) Variety of toppings all over the place with a few spillages before getting my cup weighed.(oops!) I was extremely excited to take a bite out of what I have created. Suprisingly there are great yogurt places in Staten Island besides the city. :)

So I’m a pretty big fan of Froyo in general. Let me just say upfront that this isn’t your typical frozen yogurt place. This is closer to ice cream and TCBY than it is to Pinkberry or Yogurtberry. If you’re looking for healthy, you’re better off going to one of the Yogurberry’s on the island. If you’re looking for something that tastes like ice cream but calls itself yogurt, then this is the place for you. They offer a multitude of flavors including Chocolate, Vanilla, Peanut Butter, Coffee, Pistacheo, Pomegranate, Cookies n Crème, etc… Trust me, you’ll find something you like. This is a self serve line where you pay by the weight at the end, so keep this in mind as you’re filling up your cup. Next comes the toppings. There’s a full toppings bar that is also self serve and includes fruit, cereal, candies, sprinkles etc. Moving on down the line as you approach the register, you’ll find a few different sauces to choose from, chocolate, peanut butter, etc. All in all, expect to spend anywhere between 5 – 10 bucks depending on how carried away you get… and trust me it’s really easy to get carried away. The taste is amazing! I’m telling you… just like ice cream… okay…well maybe just less like yogurt. The place is small and fills up very easily, so be prepared to eat outside or in your car or take it to go.

glad to have enjoyed yogurt here in New Dorp, in a location that’s along Hylan Blvd, which is one of d major thoroughfares in Staten Island. i filled up my cup with pomegranate, pineapple and strawberry, which to my tastes was wonderful — -& shared some of it to my friend who introduced this place to me. i like the interiors — the orange-colored & white chairs w/walls painted similarly in orange. there’s more from their selections, so i may just be back again to try more some other time.

The frozen yogurt isn’t bad. Some of the flavors are tart, like the mango and banana… but the peanut butter is ok and the chocolate and cheesecake is good. The place is very small and usually loaded with kids and there aren’t many places to park if any. I prefer N Yogurt a couple of blocks away.

Staten is lacking in the fro yo department, so I am glad that there’s a new spot. Yes, it’s a tiny store right off New Dorp Lane tucked away in a shopping center, but beggars can’t be choosy. This a a self serve frozen yogurt place with many flavors to choose from that are either non fat or low fat. The price of the yogurt is by weight, so don’t get carried away when you fill up your ginormous cup — have some self control! Also, leave room for toppings — they have a HUGE selection! I enjoyed low fat cookies and cream and also low fat vanilla. The non-fat was too yogurt-y for me. I love the ergonomic spoon that they give you too, it picks up the yogurt just right! You don’t have to take your fro yo on the go; there are a couple of chairs to chill and indulge.
