So I only go to this post office because it is conveniently close to my workplace. It is located on a main road and only has 2 or 4 parking space. When you first enter, you will see the postal mail boxes on the right of you and then enter another door where they have the waiting area and a table with mail receipts, boxes and packages. They have about 4 cash registers but only about 2 customer service clerks on duty. During Rush hours, you will have to park far and walk it. So my experiences with this post office is depends on the clerk, time, and day. I would also avoid coming the 1st of the month because it is always packed and something that will probably take you 15 minutes may take you an hour. In terms of customer service, as I mentioned before it all depends. I’ve had some clerks that are super nice and others who have straight up attitude problems. My advice if you can go to the one in Port Richmond or Manor Road. They have more parking spaces or nicer customer service clerks.
