This is by far the best experience I have ever had in buying a home. This is not my first rodeo and Tri Star Mortgage is the best on Staten Island. Their level of professionalism exhibited by David, Katie, and team was exceptional. From the beginning of our search, the initial innings of the deal through to the ninth inning of the closing, they were the best. Even though I am an agent, David’s attention to detail, his patience to walk through each phase of the process and itemize all the requirements, fees, and other cash outflows was noted and immensely appreciated. His estimates are so precise they nearly matched to the dollar the final closing disclosure numbers.
