In case you haven’t heard, taxpayers are bankrolling a $ 4,000,000 overhaul of SIGNS (not infrastructure or maintenance), changing the name of the Triboro to the RFK bridge. That’s right, four million dollars! and you have to pay a stinking toll. Let’s see– today the Dow is at 8,700– down from approximately 14,000 one year ago. Yeah, this makes sense! i’m so glad i use the williamsburg bridge now. no toll! RFK bridge stinks!”
