Tri Star Construction is the best. I had my entry door done by them. The salesperson Jerry was very thorough and pleasant. Office staff were wonderful. The men that came out to do the work went above and beyond. Very timely and neat. Would highly recommend

Tri-​Star replaced my roof about 2 weeks ago. While the quality of the work remains to be seen, their professionalism is the worst I have ever experienced. They took NO precautions to cover my pool, my neighbor’s houses (which are only separated by 8′) or my trees and flowers. Only after we BEGGED them to hang tarps, they did so. But now I am still cleaning up nails, staples and pieces of shingle. I just went inot my attic a I couldn’t believe the mess that was left behind. Tar dust, wood, nails and debris left behind from the fan installation. I’m not unrealistic and I know this type of work will leads to small messes. But not one worker advised me that this would occur and I may want to cover my things with plastic. When I called to complain he told me they took every precaution (not true), and the ones he did were not until after we asked them to. Their responses to my requests were unprofessional and they claimed they took all the necessary precautions in preparing for the job, which was obvious they didn’t. When marks on my neighbor’s siding caused by shingles were shown tot he foreman, he responded «what do you expect». Overall, I would never recommend this company to anyone, and I only hope they learn how to have respect for the next home they work on.

So, I had a leak on my ceiling, tried to fix it myself twice unsuccessfully — time to call a professional. Now, I knew Tri-​Star was not cheap, but they came highly recommended. So, this nice man Max come over, on time (called first to confirm!) — already a good start. Looked at the problem, told me what needs to be done. He understood what my needs were and graciously gave me some low-​cost suggestions to fix it. How about that! A company giving out free advise. So, while Tri-​Star did not get this job, it was a very good experience. I will definitely call them again in the future.
