Ever since the new management took over, the service has been superb ! Notary is there all the time and even the shipping cost had gone down. I appreciate that very much as I do ship weekly and print my business cards with them.

I arrived at 9am on a Saturday morning to ship a box. (Saturday hours are 9am-5pm). I left at 9:25 am because the store had not yet opened and nobody was answering the phone.
I also remember I used this store once around Christmas and the employees had terrible attitudes towards the customers.
